Custom neighborhood issue

earthgirlearthgirl Posts: 1,026 Member
I made this custom neighborhood with SC4 and I wanted to have a bridge over a river that separates the Residential area from the commercial zone.
Now, every time I go into the game, the bridge is gone! Any bridge I pput there just vanishes in TS2.

How do I fix this, what am I doing wrong and which bridges work and which don't?

You should use the "Level Road" bridge according to this tutorial - certain lengths don't transfer into the game, however. (Ones that are too short, it seems...)

Yep, Level road is the correct bridge. Also, if you leave a space over the river of 4 squares wide (between the roads) you can use the in game bridge. -iirc
*Unless the land is too high, then it looks funny with its short support legs.

When making a new map I have both TS2 and SC4 running* so I can move the file to check it out as a subhood to a tester hood. :)

    Thanks!

I actually downloaded some custom bridges and added them as decor items for my neighborhood, so there's that.
