Do you want it furnished and decorated? Maybe just the kitchen and bathroom, it'll be a big build so i don't want to burden the builder with furnishing and decorating as well.

oh i don't mind if you decorate and furnish, i just didn't want to burden the builder who claimed it as it's a pretty big build. So, go for it
