Issues with TVs - Kids Network/Power Sculpting Video

I keep having issues with TVs in the game.
One problem is that adults will autonomously go watch the Kids Network (not just childish adults) and then everyone in the household will stop what they are doing to go watch it too . I often just have to remove any TVs from the household because this gets really annoying - no clue why adult sims even watch the Kids Network unless they have the childish trait.
The other problem is that sims keep getting the Power Sculpting Video in their queue though they are not doing that - they are doing something else - it seem to happen if they are anywhere near the TV.

I can't even find the power sculpting videos?? where do I find them on the telly options??

A Plumboomba Dance Video and Power Sculpting Video came with the fitness pack under a workout TV channel.
No not fixed - think it mainly happens with teens. It is not a huge issue - just a bit annoying as I have to reset the sim to get it out of their queue. The Kids Network glitch where every sim in the house stops what they are doing to watch it is much more irritating.
