Wharf Family Craftsman is a very beautiful nautical family craftsman! Very pretty exterior design,lovely windows and very nice blue and white colour scheme through the build. The gardenbeds are pretty, and very nice fountainbed with the teddy sailor boat and anchor. The outdoors areas are great! Very nice pool,hot tub, telescope platform, slide and outdoors dining areas. The interior furnishings and layout of each level is lovely!Very nice basement gym and yoga areas and basement bedroom.The design of each bedroom is lovely and very nice piano and guitar music area. The nursery is lovely

Hopewellhills is a lovely lounge! Very nice exterior design,warm brown wood walls and great outdoors kids play, games/puzzles tables and outdoors dining,bbq areas. The teddy is sweet. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! Very nice warm brown colours, and pretty curtains. Very nice bar counter, simbles, puzzles, and reading areas.Sms will enjoy listening to and playing the piano. The patterned mats are pretty! Very nice infant basement area.

Thanks very much @rosemow for those wonderful reviews of The Family Craftsman and Hopewellhills Lounge I loved using my favorite colour blue around the house, plus I enjoy doing a beach/ocean theme for any build. The Lounge I decided I wanted it to be cozy and fit in with the neighborhood houses and the games tables are in areas where sims can make a puzzle of the scenery and sims having fun, so they can frame them for taking home. Im glad you like both build, thanks again for taking time for your in depth comments I enjoy reading

I still cant get links the gallery is broken for so many of us, I cant add creations to other threads until I get them

Fun Family Park is a lovely park for families to enjoy visiting! i Very great design and layout!The towers, flowers on the roofs and the colors are pretty!Very nice pool and splashpads area. Very nice outdoors dining and kids play areas. Very lovely furnishing of each area and level with enjoyable activities to do. The coloured patterned flooring inside the towers is very nice

Thank you @rosemow for saying how nice my park is and that sims will enjoy all the activities I think I will take my builder sim there soon so she can take some photos and maybe paint some kids having fun there so I can use the pictures in builds Thanks again.

Ocean views is a very lovely craftsman family home! Very nice exterior design,warm brown wood walls, and the bar counter and gardening front porch is very nice.The treehouse,kids play and outdoors dining,bbq area is great! Vey nice chess, games and science table balconies, Very lovely interior furnishings. The wood texture of the furniture is very nice. The piano and guitar nook is great. Very nice bedrooms designs and lovely colors of each bedroom and the nursery. The nursery is sweet!

Industrial Office is a great office! Very nice industrial theme and stylish black,white and grey colors.Very nice layout and great computer study desks areas.The shelving is very nice and lovely sofa seating for reading and watching tv.The skyscraper and taxi models look great
New Yorkers Bedroom is a lovely room! Very nice black and white colours, with a nice touch of gold. The New York themed furnishings are very nice. The layout is great and very nice tv watching area,

Pirate Island is a lovely pirate themed garden! Very great design and layout!The boat themed treehouse with pretty fountains around it is great, and very creatively designed pirate ship sitting area using the teddy pirate mast and the sailor gnome and wheel! The whale slide is cute. Very nice undercover drinks and icecream area. Sims will enjoy using the telescope.
