Do childhood aspirations boost skills that came with packs?

I was browsing through the wiki, and the section on child skills only mentions adult base game skills like fishing, charisma, and logic. I don't know if it's just outdated, or if the devs never bothered integrating pack skills into the childhood aspirations.
It would be nice if a physically gifted child could gain the wellness skill more easily, for example.
