Can't pay bills through the phone anymore.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed, but whenever I try to pay my bills through my phone, the action is never completed. My sim will do the interaction, but the bills don't get paid. I cleared my cache, repaired my game and CC is not in my game.

I have this same issue. I can usually get it to go through if I try it 5 or 6 times though.

There has been other simmers who also have posted that they have had this issue at times.

Try starting a fresh new test save game, and test to see if the issue is occurring in that game also.

I have noticed this for a while. First time - I did not realize it did not work and until I got the warning notices about not paying the bills!

I noticed when my sims try to pay their bills over the phone or computer, that it won't complete if I have them queued up to do anything else queued up after it. I have to only have pay bills and then, once complete, queue up the other things.

Tested this. Unfortunately it didn't work for me this way.
