I'm trying to get mods in my game but I don't understand what the heck i'm supposed to be doing! Getting really peed because I feel like i'm getting the run around....Please for the love of sims HELP!!!!!

When you download mods from sites, you will sometimes get notifications from your internet security program that the files are unsafe. It depends on what the mod is,whether the mod files are unsafe or not. If it is a mod that many other simmers use, then it could be safe use. You would then need to set up exceptions in your internet security program to allow you to download the file.

It may help if you list the mods you are wanting to download here, and other simmers who use those mods can say if they are safe and also not broken from recent patches

Trying to download all the mental illness mods and the full house mod where you can have more than 8 sims in the household. Also any Disney Frozen related sims, clothes and poses and anything Holy land/Bibical sims related. I would love to have all these things for sims 4.

You should be able to download the full house mod. You may need to go to the website of your internet security program, search their online help files. and find how you can set exceptions for files, so as you can download that file if the program is stopping you.
Sonetimes you can still download the mods, but the message is just a warning that they may be unsafe..

For Disney frozen and the HolyLand /Biblical themed cc, you may like to post on Banana_45’s requests to find thread. She may be able to help you find these themed cc

Hi! I accidentally deleted my resource.cfg folder on my mac. I have tried to restart the game many times and it won't generate a new one. I am new to mods and just wanted to try some out but kinda messed everything up. I need a new resource.cfg file, how can I get one for my mac?

DId you move your existing Mods folder to your desktop first? Try that.
