Changing the age of ghosts?

Is there a way to change the age of ghosts? I don't like seeing elder ghosts having trouble with their backs or forgetting things. I tried fulleditmode and tried to take them into cas with mccc but it wouldn't let me change their age down. Is there another cheat through the console that can be used?

Here's what I do-
- Use a cheat to get rid of the ghost trait. This makes them human again.
- Go to cas, age them down.
- Add the trait again.
i can't remember what the cheat is but I'll link it if I find it.
traits.remove_trait hunger
Traits.equip_trait hunger

I use hunger as the reason a sims died. There's others but hunger is just easier

Though that seems only to work if I can control the ghost.
I found a different setting in mccc that I didn't check before and it worked.
Instead of modify in cas I went to sim commands then set age. So easy and I didn't see it lol
