My Sims 1 User Data folder is empty ~ help please

Can someone please upload a clean unaltered User Data folder please as mine is empty? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it has made no difference. There is a thread here that has the same problem going on. https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/792348/the-sims-1-help-fixed
