CC beard request

Been looking for a beard for my Victorian-era sims but I have had no luck. I tried to make one, but I have no idea how or where to start other than downloading Sims 4 Studio and Blender. If there are no beards similar to the one below or no one wishes to make it for just one simmer, if there is a tutorial somewhere I would appreciate a link to it
