Can't Build Balconies Bug

I hope they fix this bug soon because its like a waste of a quest and I can't my house I want to build on the new island because of this anoying bug. Many Simmers have said stuff on the TSF FB, but they are the only comments not getting replies by the team. Anyones thoughts on this?
