Looking for a pose tutorial

Hi.
I've recently downloaded Blender as i am looking to make poses. I was wondering where i can find tutorials for making in-game poses? I'm also looking for ones that can help with object poses (Like poses on beds, couches, etc) and a way to make the rigs compatible with both genders.

Sims 4 Studio has pose tutorials, you will need a membership but, it's free. http://sims4studio.com/

The tutorials there seem to only be for CAS poses, not in-game poses. (At least, the beginner ones do)
Unless they work the same. I don't know.
