Name a Song that Reminds of You of Your Teenage Years

So as the title says name a song that reminds you of your teenage years. If you are a teenager pick a song that fits now. It can be the hottest song on the radio at the time or your favorite song or even one that tells a similar story to something that happened.

My pick is Why Can't I? by Liz Phair

Ha! When I was a teenager no one had even heard of this Katy Perry you speak of! :D
Such a fun question. So so many answers. But I will pick one:
Tevin Campbell - Can we talk
If I just posted an outfit you like, I have good news - there is more where that came from!

Curse - Und was ist jetzt?

Simple Plan CDs were the soundtrack to my teen years. I felt like "I'm Just a Kid", "Welcome to My Life", and "Perfect" explained me.

My friends and I put up Grease as a school musical and this became kind of our anthem:

Haha I love doing that! My teenage years had a few distint phases, so in cronological order that would be:

The Way I Are - Timbaland
    SOS - Rihanna
Northern Downpour - Panic! At The Disco
Good Girls Go Bad - Cobra Starship
For You - Angus & Julia Stone

Did I talk to you about the time I was listening to a French artist, the only french emo singer even though it wasn't rock it was more of a rnb with emo lyrics but I liked it so yea...

I was a teenager through the 80s. And I loved movies. Songs that remind me of that era were iconic songs that went to movies: Simple Minds "Don't You Forget About Me" Kenny Loggins "Danger Zone" are the two most powerfully nostalgic (for me) of my teens. But there are many others to movies like Karate Kid, Fast Times, Weird Science, Mannequin, Footloose, Dirty Dancing, Pretty In Pink, Sixteen Candles, Lost Boys and Goonies. They all bring back major memories.

My mom was a teen during the 70's
She'd probably have put a Beatles song there
    Or Bruce Springsteen
    Or Goldmann (french singer)

When I was teen, I was listening to the cover of this song a lot. I currently have an obsession with the cover again now. :joy:

In my early teenage years I listened to all the Twilight soundtracks, in my middle teenage years I would listen to Emilie Autumn, Black Veil Brides and Rasputina, and in my later teenage years I have been listening to many different artists such as Scarlet Pleasure, Julias Moon (both Danish artist that I totally recommend!), various 80s songs and lots of German music.

I pretty much like to listen to most of it today as well (the ones written in bold will always be near and dear to my heart), but especially 80s music has been there all of my life (because of my dad) and my all time favorite band is A-ha.

A.k.a. the "indirectly reveal how old you are" thread. :D

Mine would be The Take Over, the Breaks Over by Fall Out Boy.

I was in grade school when Simple Plan was at their peak, but my sister had a few years on me, and she related to those songs hard. She did have a rebellious streak to her back then. :D

I like 2003-2004 Simple Plan too. And Jet Lag is pretty nice.

That's more of something that I listen to now, I wouldn't think I would listen to that as a teen :D

The only song I can think of is Bye Bye Bye from N'Sync. Yup, over thirty and guilty of listening to boy bands back then :D
Now I'm guilty of listening to Black Veil Brides, VAMPS, Cruxshadows, Bella Morte, Versailles (Jrock band,) Gackt etc. Pretty much whatever I'm in the mood for on a given day.
