Let us know how you go. I don't have one of those. Are they good for all sorts of cooking?

I'm not up to cooking so I'm just getting a roast beef cheddar melt, a min shake and 4 moz sticks.

I had leftover turkey/kale soup to use up, so I made buckwheat dumplings and threw them in. Somehow that got the turkey soup finished off in short order!

Sorry it took me so long to reply to this. @February11.

It turned out great. I did all the seasoning and prep work like I usually do when I grill or use my broiler, and I set the recommended time to cook it, and the result was great. It's looking like my new way to make them now.

As for the Air Fryer itself. It's a cliché saying, but it is a life changing appliance and I have no idea why it took me so long to get one. And yes they are great for all sorts of cooking.

There's a small list of what it cooks (and what I've done too)

    Chicken Tenders
    All types of party wings
    Steaks
    Vegetables
    French Fries
    French Toast (and sticks)
    Avocado Fries
    Salmon (in several different ways)
    Grilled Cheese
    Shrimp (in various ways)
    Tofu
    Stir Fry
    Onion Rings
    Mini Pizzas

    A whole lot.

Here's the one I have. It's awesome imo. There are alot of the other ones are great too though.

I might have to investigate one of those. Nice looking machine as well!

I am craving one of those Santa Barbara Char burgers from The Habit, but I might stick to Lemon Pepper and Garlic Salmon tonight. I dunno yet, tbh.

A merging of left overs tonight. So it'll be a pasta and vegetable frittata.

Had leftover "chowder" made of haddock, reserved bay scallops liquor (which really amped up the flavor!), napa cabbage in place of potato, and unsweetened almond milk on place of dairy...along with a couple of squares of this chickpea/buckwheat vegan "cornbread". I'm allergic to corn so...this isn't bad at all as a substitute. Good hot with vegan butter. My own recipe.
