Modify startscreen image?

Everytime we install a new dlc we see that pack's picture on the startscreen. I'd like to keep the Parenthood startscreen even after installing Cats & Dogs (or ideally use an image with my favourite sims). How would I have to go about this? Any tutorials or modders willing to make such a mod?
