Hi, I have just set up an art blog, where I will be sketching from scratch, people's sims from various simLits and legacies. To view the blog, click here.

Although my blog is primarily for sims from simLit and legacies, I am very happy to sketch other sims, and post them here and on instagram.

Hi @Yubell . Here's your sim, Allison. I decided to go for a loose style, making her quite a-symmetrical in order to bring forward her intensity as a character. Although, it was a kind intensity, as if she was determined to make a difference. You may also notice she's quite characterised. She reminded me of a Jacqueline Wilson character, that's why - it was her hairstyle and, possibly her intensity too. Hope you like her.

Wow!!! This is a good idea for a blog. I have been thinking something similar to this, but don't know how to actually set it up, especially that I already have an art blog. lol. All the best to your blog

Thanks @estella_dee Do you know how to make forum threads? What I did was create a forum thread, which is this one, and put it in the arts section of the creative corner. I also advertised my art blog in the Writer's lounge, where the simLit writers are. Hope this helps. If you have more questions, feel free to pm me.

@simscognito hehe. yeah, I have like one or two threads in here. But I don't generally include my art, except on that thread that @rosemow made on this section. hehe. Oh of course, it's nice that you have this thread here as well. Serves as a portal to your blog. Hehehe. I was thinking of sending you a photo of my sim earlier, but honestly, right now, I am too lazy to upload an image in flickr. lol. maybe later. :P

@estella_dee oh cool, I'd be delighted to draw your sim. Just checked out your blog. It's very different to my usual style, but I really like it. I love seeing a range of different art styles on this forum. I might send you one of my sims too if you're taking requests.

@simscognito I would love too, but at the moment, I am in a middle of a project for a client, I can't take requests, unfortunately. btw, thanks for checking my blog. I've checked your blog too. It looks really professional. I love it. And yes, we do have different styles, I will admit, realism is not my forte. hehe. which makes your art even more cool to me. hehe.
