Ghost Households

Sorry if someone has already posted about this, couldn't find it. In all of my saves, every time a ghost dies it turns into a separate household. They're all unnamed and most not in world, and I don't know why. The only mod I use is MCCC, so it could be the result of that, but I have no clue. So now at least half of my sims' households are unnamed ghosts! Just one ghost! I can't delete them because then there'll be holes in family trees and I hate that. Help!

The MCCC mod may be causing this issue if you are not updated to the latest version,
Try going to the MCCC mode site and download /install the latest version

If the issues remain after updating your mod, it may be a part of the issues that are referred to in this AHQ EA thread, If it is, it would be good to post feedback there
