Can supernaturals be shared on the Exchange?

I haven't uploaded any sims since I got Supernatural last Black Friday. I tried to upload one yesterday and can't. It tells me "failed to share". Is it not possible to upload witches, fairies or werewolves? I'm not trying to include a house, he isn't wearing any custom clothes, he's in human form, and I've thrown out quite a lot of his extensive cache of rocks, plants, fish, etc. I do have mods NRAAS and recently started to get custom stuff via downloads from reputable fansites. None of which am I trying to upload with this particular sim. I'm not sure if it's something in my game, or if the upload system isn't working just now.

Can't imagine that's not possible. Maybe this site is helpful?

I have shared several fairies and they are still there. I might have some genies in my studio too.
