    Hi everyone, I would like to share with you some of the lots I have created, Im a bit of a builder but I do an equal amount of gameplay as well. In real life im an architect so its fun to be able to create whatever I want without a clients demands.

    I hope you all like my creations!



    The first thing I would like to share is Strata Spa

      Hello :) It is great that you have started a showcase for your builds :)
      Strata Spa looks a very relaxing venue for sims to enjoy visiting! The exterior design of the venue looks very nice! The upper wraparound and rooftop porches look very nice! Very nice outdoors sofa and armchairs sitting areas for sims to relax in the outdoors air. The plants and bamboo are relaxing touches of nature for sims to see when sitting there The furnishing of the interior areas looks very nice! Sims will enjoy having a relaxing massage or spending time in the sauna. It is nice that there is bar area where sims can enjoy sitting at the tables or on the stools having a drink from the bar. Very nice cafe area! The menu board is a great touch on the wall. Sims will enjoy ordering food and drinks from the espresso machine bar and eating and drinking them at the tables. Very nice indoors pool area! The type of ceiling light used there looks very nice! It is nice that there are balconies that overlook the pool.
      It is a very nice spa venue! :)

      It was great looking at the larger sized versions of the photos and the accompanying labels, and some extra photos. It is a very nice Spa venue :)

      Thank you for adding bigger pictures! It is definitely more appealing that way. And don't worry about putting lots of pictures in a post when it's your own thread. ;) I love the roof terrace in this build. It looks amazing. Everything inside the center also looks very soothing. It is a very nice, traditional spa on the inside, with a beautiful and interesting shape on the outside. Lovely!

      This is the Green Room restaurant

      Originally several sepearte buildings, it was recently bought and knocked through to form the restaurant with the top floors now converted into apartments. The Green Room serves high end experimental food throughout the day and has won many cullinary awards since it opened. The interiors feature the contemporary trends of indoor planting, exposed brickwork and industrial lighting. The courtyard is a very popular place on a sunny day and for romantic occasions.

      The exterior design and layout of the Green Room Restaurant looks very nice! :) It is great that there used to be separate buildings and now they are connected together. The exteriors of the buildings look great! Very pretty and nice courtyard area! The warer fountain feature with the flowers on the sides of it looks very pretty! The trees and bonsai plants look very nice there. It looks very nice how the dining tables and chairs have been set up for sims to enjoy eating meals in the outdoors air. The candles are calming touches on the table tops. The paving adds a nice look to the area. The awnings look nice over the windows. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the restaurant ! The green and white colour looks very nice! It looks very nice the layout of the dining tables and chairs. The black booth seating nooks look very great! The plants are nice touches on the dining tables and the wall. The hanging pans , Chefs cooking station, condiments and utensils are great kitchen touches. Very nice bar area! The bottles shelving on the bar area wall looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar.
      Sims will enjoy dining there! :)

      Beautiful new showcase, thoroughly enjoyed looking at your creations. The spa is absolutely gorgeous, very elegant structure with lovely modern interior design, looks so peaceful and relaxing. Your restaurant is another beauty, very realistic looking and I love the courtyard for outdoor dining :)

      The spa is gorgeous! Love the architecture and cool atmosphere inside, wonderful colour combinations there! <3 And your restaurant looks amazing as well! Absolutely love the courtyard you created, beautiful work! And again, fantastic use of colour inside, those green touches really give the restaurant such a warm and cozy vibe. Looking forward to more! :)

      The Foxx Family Home looks very nice! :) Very nice exterior design of the home, and it looks great how the windows have been placed in the build. The flowers look very pretty on the edges of the home. Very nice outdoors dining and pool patio! It looks very nice how the hedging has been used there to create a dining nook. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating meals at the table in the outside air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining areas looks very nice. The white colour of the walls gives a great look to the home. It looks great that an aquarium helps to separate off the areas. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the green sofa or armchairs in the living room, watching tv or reading a book, and looking out through the windows at the outdoors views. The plants are nice touches of nature and green there, and the movie posters look great on the wall! Very nice design of the kitchen! The black and white colour scheme looks very nice. The items look great placed on the kitchen wall shelving! Nice island bar stool counter for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal. The fruit bowl is a homely touch on the dining table, and the flowers on the kitchen counter are pretty for sims to see when cooking meals. Very nice hobby room! .p It looks great how the bookcases have been placed there to create a computer nook. Sims will enjoy sitting at the table using the computer or enjoy playing music on the guitar, painting on the easels or doing crafting on the woodwork table. The tools cabinet is a nice touch on the wall, and the orange circles floor prints add a nice look to the room. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! It is nice that there is an oriental bedroom . The cherry blossom wall picture and walls of candles look pretty and calming there. The dressing nook with the closet, clothes and shoes racks looks great!
      It is a very nice home :)

      Beautiful family house! Love the two-level hallway surrounded by the windows, the beautiful soft colours in the interiors and wonderful deck outside by the swimming pool, fantastic family house!
