I have been having a bug thats driving me mad. My women always bathes and showers in clothes. She does this with no mods or CC in game. Its been bugging my fow months now. I try to ignor it but i cant seem to do that. Does anyone know something that will work?

this was apparently a bug that was fixed, but sims already affected by the bug still have the issue.
you could use MCCC (even if just temporarily) to reset the nude outfit. other than that I don't know of a fix

Sims 4 Studio Tool has a batch fix that can help with this issue.

You need to register with the site to access the download page of the tool but it is free. After applying this batch fix, you can then reset the bathing outfit by using the “ clean outfit” option that is in the MC Dresser section of MC Command Center mod, whilst they are wearing their bathing outfit.

Even with fresh game and sim they too had the problem. I did use both programs. it at least fixes it til the next shower or bath. My husband trying to get me to just ignore it. It's the game play we're after.

Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder.
