Seeing double badges on profile page «12...Next Go

I've noticed that the badges on our profile page is showing double.


I'm also seeing double Leader Board stats on the Activity page. Sorry that it's hard to see what is on the page but I had to make the page smaller so that I could get a better view of what is happening.


I tried logging out and back in to see if it would fix the problem but it didn't work.

@rosemow, at least I'm not the only one seeing double or thinking that my PC or tablet is messing with me...lol...

I've checked my personal profile and my badges aren't doing this for me Odd. Can I ask you to try a few troubleshooting steps to see if they might correct the badges and how they are displayed?

1) Clear cache and cookies
2) Check for pending browser updates (if pending then update browser)
3) Restart PC following the above steps
4) If badges have not corrected, try an alternate browser and test it there

If these haven't correct the badge display, I'll see if I can send a report of the bug up to be looked into. We'll see if we can identify why it's doing that for you both.

It is doing the same thing on both the pc computer as well as the mobile version.

I've cleared out my cache and cookies, restarted my PC and tried it on MircoSoft Edge, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and I'm still seeing double. And I'm up to date on browser updates as well.

Must be a new bug on the forums. I kept getting logged out the other day as well and when on my phone it kept giving me mobile view

I use IE 11 (don't like Crome) and I have it too, as of today. 9//29/17. (Don't like Edge, either) so maybe it's a browser problem with the website.

Just for more info! I have Chrome and I have the same thing on my page. Did all your troubleshooting tips and tried Safari. The double badges are still there.

I thought it was my computer playing up or I'm seeing double and on the AU/NZ forums as well and on top of that I cant even fix my signature it won't let me I get this error "Images not allowed" I tried on another computer same thing must be the forums playing up again

I am sorry thst you are also having issues with altering your signature.@chips46.
Perhaps try logging out of the sitr, then back in again and see if that helps the signature issue.

@rosemow I have tried everything that I could think of nothing works I have no idea what else to do but wait it out maybe its a glitch we are having on the forums I notice its been weird past few days now thank you for your help

@chips46 I'll be looking into your signature issue, so if you notice your sig changing temporarily, that's me trying to fix it

The forum was slow for me a few days ago though it has been working the last two days and my profile looks normal.I checked the activity page and that appears normal on SeaMonkey.I see posts there with images in there and everything else looks as it should for me.

Did everyone who experienced this have the site on mobile as well as via PC?

I didn't see any doubled badges, but then again I do not use mobile devices to go online.

I wouldn't see how using one or the other has anything to do with the site itself, but I thought I'd toss my two cents in, even if only for a point of reference.
