In need of showtime lots & mountain themed homes.

Lost half my files when I got a new laptop, recently came back.Old save is running just way too poorly, so I'm a transfering to a new town.Problem is the town lacks some of the community lots..

I'm in need of showtime lots, all of them.
Would also love to find some homes, mountainy themed, to redo the neighborhood to fit my needs.

I hate just going willy nilly and downloading randomly off the exchange as I've gotten 3rd party content that way.Store items ok.
But I got used to just searching the gallery in Sims 4 to find my needs.The search function on the gallery doesn't work as well as the gallery.

I just built this one that works as a venue as well as a place for a band to get a gig and a casino and bar with dance floor. It may work for what you want.
