My Sim Household needs a home! And links to good floorplans? (I'll describe what they need okay?)

I am thinking about making a new household. The household will have a family oriented mom who loves to cook, garden, and collect, a dad that is always hot-headed that loves to exercise, fish, and enjoys working.
The first kid I may name Lana. She loves to swim, clean, and collect just like her mom. She will be in the child life stage. She will be the middle child.
The next child will be a female teen named Shay. Shay loves to party, sneak out, prank others and write.
The final kid will be a toddler boy named Adrian. Adrian loves music and building things.
Their wishlist:

Good kitchen
Decent backyard space
A nice gardening space
Nursery on first floor if two storeys or more
Master suite on first floor
Located near downtown for good collecting spots

Dad (Brad):
Nice gym in the house
A pool in the backyard
Nice pond in backyard or located very close to a pond
Good sized office for working at home
Located near a fishing spot or close to the beach

Shay (Teenager):
Good room for partying
Writing nook
Located near a bustling place

Lana (Child):
Pool in backyard
Quiet space to herself
Located near a fishing spot or beach

Adrian (Toddler):

Music room for when he ages up
Area in the house for him to play music when he gets older
Drafting room for when he gets older.
