A bunch of NPCs spawning all in one place when treveling.

I remember a bug that was fixed a while ago in which all of the household members would stand in the street after you load up their household.

Now, there's a similar issue.
Every time my sims travel to a festival in San Myshuno, I have a bunch of NPCs standing in the street at the place of spawning.
It happens with every sim, in every household, in every save.
Please, fix this.

It's been a month or two since it started happening, I think. Not sure exactly though...

I am not sure if it is by design or not, but 'this has also been occuring in my game for a while. It may just be a part of the game. They go straight away to the festival areas after first spawning there though.

It happens in my game, too. They do go do things as soon as the lot is loaded. I do remember at one time or wasn't like this but it's been this way in my game for a little while.

That's exactly what happens. However, I remember that when CL just came out all of the NPCs would already be busy with other things when your sim spawns. So I don't think it's by design.

The first boiler plate questions they'll ask: Roughly what other packs? Does this happen on a fresh save? Are you updated to the most recent version? Are you using any mods?
