Missing clothing

In CAS, this sim's clothing (screenshot below) was randomly generated. When I clicked on the suit jacket, nothing was selected on the right hand side of the screen. I looked through all the male tops one by one, but couldn't find it in the selection page. I think I've seen this jacket before, is this a bug?

It is the business career reward outfit jacket . If your sims aren't in the business career, it won't show in your cas.

Just wondering if you could help us investigate why this was randomized by answering a couple of questions. Was the sim in the picture in the Entertainment career and had they selected the entertainers branch? If so what level had they reached in the career? If not was this a new sim or a played sim?

I am sorry @chidoriaida It wasn't the Business career outfit, it was the Entertainers career outfit. I posted the wrong career.

@SimQAMadacat This is a newly created sim. I had a family of two in my private gallery (family was not uploaded to the community gallery), never been played. Then I decided to add more family members to the household, and this new sim's clothing was automatically generated with the one pictured above.
