GTW - Luxuriant Breeze Double Door Glitch?

I am getting this "?" on the Luxuriant Breeze Double Door from Get To Work. It is only on the black color. I have looked over all other doors and it is only effecting this one. This is only showing up in the build - Doors catalog. When placed it looks normal.

Things I have done:
*repair game - Yes (twice)
*remove mods - Yes
*exit game and reload - Yes (twice)

Other info:
* No this was not a custom content recolor door, this is the original pack door.
* Yes I have checked everything else, other build/buy/CAS items/objects - everything else is fine and showing properly in catalog with and without mods


Anyone one have any options for a fix? Or have this issue with this particular door?

Try deleting the cache files and see if that helps

Try starting a fresh new save game and see if the issue remains.
