Things went back to normal for a few days. Well, as normal as it can be when you have two werewolves, a fairy and a witch in the household. Alice went back to the point and retrieved the painting she worked on that night that Marshall was attacked. The painting turned out brilliant, was appraised just under 1000 and she hung it in the dining room at the dorm for now.
Alice and Adam played a gnubb game since they both have later classes. Alice won. High five! (Not a very good picture, am slow on that c button sometimes. )
Marshall was between classes and met Ashley as he was standing before going to the next one. They got hearts and as pretty as she is, I'm like go away girl....he's taken. He was nice though and didn't try to flirt with her.
Marshall and his sister were a bit stressed from classes and had wishes to sing karaoke. They had fun and their friends ended up at the Grotto when they finished classes. They played pool after they sang a few songs.
Alice and Adam finally got to the Grotto and decided to jam. They made 37 simoleons during the jam session.
Dedric and Joseph played pool when they arrived
Maggie and Marshall were starving and got snacks at the barista bar. Adam purchased wings at the bar and the others ate hot wings. Joseph and Alice talked non stop while they ate. Dedric and Adam just concentrated on their food!
Alice wanted to sing before leaving so she set up the karaoke machine and got totally into the song.
Marshall was not sleepy when they got back to the dorm and wanted to transform so he did. I wanted him to work on his MA so he did. He had wishes for both. I'm trying to get him a few decent lifetime happiness rewards before he is back out of my control. I try not to cheat those. I think they should be earned.
Adam and Dedric both got their science skill up during anatomy class. Adam can now get DNA samples and Dedric can get fish samples.
Adam's first victim. Maybe Adam will clone him sometime in the future!
Marshall wants to hunt with the pack so I had them transform and they have to group to form the pack. Marshall led the hunt coming back with several bugs and some silver they found during the hunt. They went back to the dorm, transformed back to human and ate spaghetti that Adam had cooked earlier. Marshall decides he will study after they finish eating and cleaning up.
Exams are tomorrow and everyone settles down and studies. I had them use their study books and discovered that they will read out loud from the books at times as they were studying.
Classes and exams are over and everyone was pretty stressed from the testing even though they all felt they had passed with flying colors. They talked about all the different things they could go do. Everyone had different ideas until Marshall said he would like to go back to the point. "I love going there and I don't want our last memories of the point to be what happened last weekend. I know Gardenia cast the healing spell over it so I think we should go back." Back to the point they went. Everyone was starving so Adam fixed burgers while the others got the bonfire going or jumped on the trampoline. Once again it was the full moon and Adam and Marshall transformed into were form as they stood around the bonfire.
Joseph helped Dedric with a keg stand and then helped Alice do a keg stand. Joseph is strong enough that no one was dropped. Adam and Marshall went for a hunt nearby and came back with an opal gem, a firefly and a piece of iron. Marshall called to talk with Jennifer while Adam did a solo hunt.
Joseph helped Maggie with a keg stand and then Adam helped Joseph with a keg stand.
Adam, Alice, Dedric and Marshal went bowling. Maggie and Joseph went back to the dorm and had a sparring session. Maggie won!
The next morning while waiting for grades to be posted they went to the stadium to participate in some sporting events. Adam and Marshall decided a picture was needed to commemorate the event. Flash Blast!
Adam had an option to practice fighting when talking with Marshall earlier so, lets see what happens.
oh...that's what happens.
Marshall won! His strength training is paying off.
They convert back to human form while waiting for those grades to be posted. Alice gets a call from Jeffrey Dean asking her on a date. She does not look amused, nor is she telling him yes. Perhaps a few names were called? "Your hands move so fast your nickname should be squid"
Grades! They all passed with A's and are very happy about that. They head back to the dorm to finish up wishes and wants and pack for a short trip back home.
Victor put his plans in motion quickly after he and Gardenia arrived back from visiting the kids at university. The Doe's were informed of the danger and agreed to having security provided to protect all of them, not just Cora. He reviewed Marshall's information about the Flynn home and made his arrangements to infiltrate the home after dark tonight. He knew exactly where the study was from Marshall's description of the home. The night was typically dark for Midnight Hollow, the moon obscured by the clouds in the sky. Victor had no problems finding his way in the dark considering his extraordinary sight from his preternatural powers. Victor stands at the door listening to see if anyone is awake. All he hears is the rhythmic snores of one human sleeping on the second floor. His target room is opposite the bedroom where the human sleeps. He rubs his hand in anticipation thinking it has been too long since he has had this kind of adventure since his retirement from the council.
Victor has no problems entering the home as he has been in the home in the past and no one has rescinded the invitation. He quickly and quietly climbs the stairs. The room he is looking for is at the top of the stairs, directly in front of the staircase according to Marshall. He teleports into the room after scanning to be sure Edmund Flynn is still sleeping.
He looks around the room and notices a safe on the wall. That must be new as Marshall did not mention it. There is a computer on the desk now also, and was not one when Marshall was in the room. It has been several years since Marshall entered the room and it looks like Edmund made some changes in case the kids got curious again. Victor takes pictures of what is in the cabinet, but feels more interesting items will be in the safe or the computer. He works his magic on the safe, bypassing the codes and alarms and removes the door from the hinges with his strength. Victor photographs each item carefully, going page by page through the journal all the while listening to be sure Edmund remains sleeping. He replaces each item back in the safe just as he found it. He then sits down in front of the computer. He was able to quickly access the files. The fool didn't even password protect it, his arrogance will be his downfall, Victor thinks to himself. He makes copies of the pertinent information on a flash drive that he brought just in case. He shuts down the computer, checks the room carefully to be sure all was the same as when he entered and teleports home.
He works for several hours reading and compiling the data he brought home with him. After several phone calls Victor receives confirmation on several key pieces of information.
The next evening Victor stops by the local newspaper office and searches for information concerning an automobile accident mentioned in Edmund's journal. He searches through the archived files as the Midnight Hollow Journal has not become computer friendly with its content stored on the simernet. He finds the information he needs and the obituary. Jackson Bishop was killed in a horrific car accident and buried right here in Midnight Hollow. He meets Jennifer as she is headed into work (works in the journalism field before her school classes) as he is coming out. He notices Mr. Doe is waiting until Jennifer is inside before he leaves.
He teleports to the cemetery and begins reading tombstones trying to find Jackson Bishop. It is a large cemetery and takes him awhile to go through it. He senses a presence behind him and turns and notices a ghost watching him. He introduces himself to her and finds out she is Minerva Goth, a long time resident of Midnight Hollow who died several years ago of old age. She wants to know what he is doing? "You are disturbing our rest." He explains what he is doing and who he is looking for and she shows him where Jackson Bishop was laid to rest. "Thank you for your help, I will leave you to your rest now."
After a long trip in the crowded van the group arrives home late evening. Dedric goes home to his house, Maggie went with Joseph to the Doe's. Alice, Adam and Marshall go together to Ballan Manor. Marshall will stay with them during this visit. Gardenia knew they would be hungry and fixed a snack for them to eat. Josef, Jillian and Dylan sat at the table asking questions about university life excited about having Alice and Adam home with their friend Marshall as well.
Marshall excused himself after he thanked Gardenia for the snack. He had texted Jennifer and she had told him she was at Sandra's party. He ran down the street to the Salas home. Victor had assigned a friend to shadow and protect Marshall once they arrived back in Midnight Hollow. He was already on the job and would stay in the background unless he was needed. Jennifer was coming down the steps as Marshall arrives. He watches her face light up when she sees him. I've missed her so much and we cannot get married too soon as far as I'm concerned., he thinks to himself. She hugs him hard and doesn't want to let go. "I'm so glad you are home." They are still getting hearts for each other! Marshall walks her home and they stand outside talking and smooching making up for lost time.
"I better let you go in. Your dad has peeked through the curtain at the window three times now checking up on us."
"I guess I should have invited you in, but I wanted you all to myself tonight."
He gives her one last kiss and tells her "sweet dreams." and watches her walk into the house. He walks slowly back to the Manor thinking about Jennifer and a future with her.
Alice and Adam sit outside at their favorite spot to watch the stars and be alone for a bit before they go upstairs.
The next morning they have breakfast together after the younger kids had gone to school. Victor asks them to come to his study when they are finished eating. He goes down ahead of them to get the copies of information laid out. They finish cleaning up the kitchen quickly and Adam has to repair the dishwasher which broke while they were cleaning up. Alice mops the floor, while Marshall takes the trash out. Alice leads the way to the study once they are finished. Marshall has never been invited to the lower levels of the manor and gapes in awe at the treasures in the room. He gulps a bit when he spies Victor's vampire altar in an alcove that is visible from the study. They all take seats and wait expectantly for Victor to disclose his findings.
Victor sits at his desk and announces, "I know what is going on, well, 98% sure of what is going on." He explains what he found on his visit to the Flynn house when he explored Edmund's study.
"He had placed a safe since your excursion into the room, Marshall. In that safe was a folder with papers concerning Jackson Bishop, letters written between Jackson Bishop and Edmund Flynn, and a journal that seems to belong to Edmund Flynn. On his computer I found communications between him and the two thugs that attacked you at University. I know where to find those two thanks to his meticulous record keeping. I also found files from the lawyers detailing the Flynn estate and wills from your father and grandfather, as well as the original orders of succession for the Flynn dynasty. Your family has followed a tradition of eldest son to inherit and the line of succession has not been broken since the dynasty was founded. Copies of the papers are on the tables in front of you. Take a look at them"
Marshall, Adam and Alice look at the papers and copies from the journal. They pass them back and forth as they read and examine the information that Victor has compiled.
"The handwriting is not the same in the later pages of the journal!", Alice exclaims.
"It looks as if Bishop was trying to get my Uncle to invest in a deal with him.", Marshall adds.
"The pictures of Edmund Flynn from his youth don't seem to match the man we see today.", Adam points out.
Victor gets up from the desk and paces in front of it. "My research found that Jackson Bishop is a small time con man. He moved from town to town staying one step ahead of the cops as well as those he fleeced. He wrote Edmund Flynn trying to get him to invest in a deal with him. Jackson Bishop effectively disappeared from sight and internet records after arriving in Midnight Hollow. I could find no further information on him from the time he came here. I visited the local paper and searched the archives for the time that Bishop and Flynn were corresponding. The Journal has a very antiquated system and does not have any internet archive as yet. I finally discovered an article about an unidentified man killed in a car crash during the relevant time period. A follow up article confirms that the body was eventually identified by Edmund Flynn as Jackson Bishop."
Victor sits next to Marshall. "Marshall, your parents died in a hit and run crash about 6 months later, and you and your sisters arrived in Midnight Hollow within a week of that. I think that Jackson Bishop got tired of short term cons and he went for a big one. Edmund Flynn was a very shy man, and not known around town. He had not lived here very long. The resemblance between the two is superficial if you are not looking at them closely. The pictures in the cabinet were of Edmund, your father, and your grandfather. The date and information is on the back of the original pictures that I examined in the cabinet. I sent copies of the pictures to a colleague who works with recognition and aging programs for the Council. The man you know as Edmund Flynn is not Edmund Flynn. I believe he is Jackson Bishop. I am so sorry that this man targeted your family for his schemes. I think he may have killed your parents as well, but I will not be able to prove that. I will read his mind when we confront him, but, that will not be proof by law."
Marshall is stunned and saddened by the information that Victor has amassed and his theory. "Why do you think he did not try anything before now? It seems like he would have tried when I was younger."
Victor explains, "I don't know for certain, but, I did discover that he has several bank accounts and one is very large that he has obviously been putting most of the money from your lawyers for you and your sisters care into that one. He certainly has not spent more than the bare minimum on the house and upkeep. I think the trigger was having you away from Midnight Hollow. You are getting older and obviously in a relationship that could potentially put another obstacle in 'Uncle Edmund' inheriting the estate if something should happen to you. So, he planned the attack to ensure your death before you have children, and he inherits the estate as the next male in line according to the rules of succession."
"What do we do now? Marshall asks Victor. Victor stands and walks over to Gardenia and tells them "We need to confirm one last detail, so, we will raise a ghost."
Victor looks at the faces of Alice, Adam and Marshall. He wishes he could protect all those he loves from the bad things in life. He knows these young ones are resilient and will overcome this. Marshall has shown strength and courage in dealing with this situation. "I want you to forget about everything until tonight. Be back here at midnight. Go have some fun until then. I've got a shadow on him so we know where he is. I will contact you if he leaves the house. I don't want any of you to try for any confrontation until we have all the evidence confirmed and also get the authorities involved. Understood? He is a human and we must abide by human laws in this situation. A chorus of "Yes sir's" from them and Victor was satisfied.
Marshall met up with Jennifer and invited her to go with him and meet Alice and Adam at Pitch Park. They enjoy dancing together at the park when they get there.
Alice and Adam ride the coaster and seem a bit dazed after coming out of the loop. Marshall and Jennifer ride the coaster and keep their eyes open going down the drop.
Alice decides to ride the bronco. She almost falls off after a particularly brutal buck, but manages to hang on and throw her legs back on the bronco. He bounces her around a few more times and finally tosses her over.
The carousel is always fun and something that the four can enjoy doing together.
Adam and Marshall decide to try out the newest attraction, the gyroscope and both manage to complete the ride and not embarrass themselves by throwing up afterwards.
It is getting darker and the moon rises. The full moon. Marshall goes through his transformation and Jennifer watches him change. "Aww, I love your gorgeous beard." She hugs him and he feels relieved to know she is not upset or repulsed by his change.
Maggie transformed into a zombie, or the artist at the face painting booth is really awesome.
Marshall snaps a picture of Jennifer and himself, while Adam and Alice whack some moles and clowns.
It is late and time for Adam, Marshall and Alice to meet up with Gardenia and Victor. They enjoyed their break at the park but, now it is time to raise a ghost. They drop Jennifer off at home and the girls make plans for getting together tomorrow. Alice teleports home while Marshall and Adam have a quick hunt on the way home.
Victor teleports everyone to the cemetery. He finds the grave site easily from his previous exploration and encounter with Minerva Goth. Gardenia and Alice begin the spell to raise the ghost that is buried in Jackson Bishop's grave. The magic crackles in the air as the spell builds enticing the ghost, pulling it away from rest and back to the land of the living. With a flourish that only happens with witches who have trained together the magic weaves and entwines from Alice's wand to Gardenia's hands, gathering strength as the two spells bind together and a ghostly figure appears over the tombstone.
"What in tarnation!" the ghostly figure exclaims. "I was having a lovely walk down a street of gold. Put me back this instance!"
Victor approaches the ghost who is dressed in a fine suit and introduces himself. "I'm Victor Ballan, at your service. I'm pleased to meet you and you are?"
"You raised me from my slumber and you don't know who I am! What are you people up to?"
"If you would just tell us your name, we can explain what we are doing." Victor patiently explains to the upset ghost.
The ghost flutters back and forth. "I'm Edmund Flynn, my good man, doesn't it say that on my tombstone!"
"Actually," Victor replies, "no, the name on your tombstone is Jackson Bishop."
"What, What!" the ghosts voice rises and falls in anger and shock. "That goldarned, ornery, no good rotten sombich snake. That vile maggot! He's as crooked as a dog's hind legs. If you are friends of his, you are no friends of mine. That man murdered me. Whacked me over the head with my very own fireplace poker. I didn't even see it coming. Alive and warm one minute, cold and dead the next."
"He also put your body in a car and somehow managed to get the car over a cliff as if you had crashed it and died that way. He identified the body as Jackson Bishop and you were buried as Jackson Bishop."
"I knew he was up to no good when he wrote me the letter wanting investment money. I had already turned him down about investing in his project. I never should have allowed him in my home or turned my back on him."
Marshall speaks to Edmund. "Sir, I'm Marshall Flynn. I'm your nephew. Jackson Bishop stole your identity and has been masquerading as you for years."
"Since when did my nephew become a werewolf?"
"Since Jackson Bishop paid two men to attack me and kill me. My friend Adam saved my life by turning me into a werewolf."
"Where is your father, my brother Elliott?"
Marshall starts to explain to Edmund when Victor interrupts. "Lets go back to the Manor where we can talk in comfort."
They join hands and Victor teleports them to the study in the Manor.
Victor and Marshall explain what has happened since Edmund was murdered and Jackson Bishop started his impersonation of him. "We needed confirmation of your death and that Jackson Bishop has been impersonating you in order to inherit the Flynn estate once he is rid of Marshall and his sisters. We have that confirmation now and can move forward with legal proceedings to stop his schemes.
Edmund looks sadly at Marshall. "I am so sorry about what this 🐸🐸🐸🐸, this miserable excuse for a human being has done to you and your sisters, my brother and his beautiful wife, your mother, gone well before their time. We will stop him together with your friends and with the local authorities.
Marshal and Edmund talk until until it is time to go to the police station. Marshall enjoys hearing his Uncle Edmund's stories about growing up with Elliott and the fun they had growing up together. He remembers his Dad as a very fun, loving man who always had a smile on his face and loved to play games with him and his sisters.
Victor, Edmund, Marshall and Adam teleport to the police station. It is still early in the morning and they have a brief wait for the chief to arrive. Victor presents his evidence to the local chief of police. Chief North agrees that the evidence is conclusive. He contacts the local magistrate and gets a warrant processed to search the Flynn premises. When the warrant arrives they proceed to the Flynn home.
Chief North insists the civilians stay in the background. "Victor, I know of your experience with the council, but, this needs to go by the book as much as possible so he cannot get away with anything."
Victor nods, agrees and stares at the house. He tells the chief, "He is inside in the room to the left of the hall. There are two others in with him. Possibly the thugs that attacked Marshall."
Chief North knocks on the door to serve the search warrant. Edmund glides behind the police officer going around the side of the house. Victor tells Adam and Marshall to go around the corner and stand near the back porch and prevent anyone from leaving that way. Adam and Marshall arrive at the back steps and transform into were form. They are ready if anyone tries to escape out the back.
Marshall and Adam complete their transformations. Adam looks at Marshall. "No one will get by us."
Marshall grins at Adam, "I'm ready for them to try."
Edmund glides around to the side of the house and enters through the back. He startles Jackson Bishop which was his intent. Bishop had just heard the knocking at the front door and a voice announcing, "Open up, this is the police." His cohorts have just run out the back door and there is a ghost standing in front of him. The ghost of the man he killed and stole his identity. He has always been able to talk his way out of anything, but, he has a feeling that this is one instance that it will not work. He is not sure what an angry ghost can do to him, but, he really does not want to find out. He will take his chance with the cops to protect him from the angry ghost. He rushes to the other room to answer the door.
Edmund calls out after him "you lily livered, yellow bellied, low down, good for nothing skunk. Get on back in here and fight me like a man."
Chief North tells Detective Wray, "Show him the warrant." Detective Wray serves the warrant and he and the two officers begin the search.
"You can't do this, I have my rights!", sputters Bishop wondering how in the world did they find out about any of this after all these years.
Adam and Marshall are talking as two men suddenly rush out the back door. They stop at the top of the stairs seeing Adam and Marshall below them blocking their escape.
Marshall is astonished. "Those are the guys from the point Adam!"
The thugs rush down the stairs, one heading to Marshall and the other to Adam.
The first one reaches Marshall and laughs, "I'll teach you some new tricks little doggie."
He grabs a paper out of his pocket and attempts to hit Marshall on the nose with it.
Marshall rears back, lets out his best ferocious growl and howls scaring the thug and he howls again enjoying his fright.
Both thugs realize the only escape is to fight their way out. It is not two against one this time though and werewolves are reputed to be strong. They soon find out just how strong. The fight that ensues is quick and decisive. Both Adam and Marshall restrain from killing blows or cursed bites. One of the officers arrives after hearing the sounds of the confrontation and cuffs them and puts them in the back of a police car to be taken to the station.
They police search the house quickly and methodically. They find the evidence hidden in the safe and computer in the upstairs study. They also found a journal hidden in the bedroom that detailed exactly how Jackson Bishop discovered Edmond Flynn and the Flynn family fortune, and devised his scheme to become Edmond Flynn and get the fortune for himself. Proof of the murder of Elliott and Martha Flynn was also found in the journal. Bishop could not resist putting the details in the journal as if bragging about the plan and how things worked out. This proof will ensure that he stays in prison for the rest of his life and not a cushy country club prison either. He will be placed in one of the off planet prisons, his survival beyond a few days no guarantee considering the rough conditions, the other prisoners, not to mention the alien life forms that are on the planet that he will have to face.
They make one last trip to the police station for formalizing and signing the statements. Edmund and Marshall took a last look at Jackson Bishop and the thugs who had tried to kill Marshall for money. They are behind bars where they belong. Justice was a long time coming for Elliott and Martha Flynn as well as Edmond Flynn. Justice did come though. It won't bring them back, but, Marshall feels more at peace knowing the man responsible will pay for what he did. Uncle Edmund puts his arm across his shoulders. "Lets go find those nieces of mine. I'd like to meet them before I go."
"You can't stay Uncle?" asks Marshall.
"Nephew, I'd like to have another chance at life, but we get what we get. Some don't go through the light and can stay on this side, but, I chose to go through it, so I need to go back. Your Father and Mother must have went through as well. I will look for them and let them know what a great man you are becoming. I'm proud of you and they will be too.
Marshall texts his sister Maggie and has her meet them at the Ballan home. Cora was brought over by the bodyguards. Uncle Edmond has a chance to meet both nieces and able to let them know Jackson Bishop is no longer a threat. They are both saddened that he will be leaving, but, also understand why. He hugs all three and tells them to have a beautiful life and remember, "don't turn your back on 🐸🐸🐸🐸!" He drifts across the yard fading into the netherworld as he waves goodbye.
Once Alice had heard from Adam and knew that all had worked out, she headed over to Jennifer's house. Jennifer had aged up today and was throwing a little party.
After Uncle Edmund had returned to the netherworld Adam and Marshall headed to the Doe home to congratulate the birthday girl. The music on the stereo put them in the mood for dancing. One of Jennifer's little brothers came in to watch them dance while he rocked.
Back at Ballan Manor, the kids had begged for Gardenia's mac and cheese and they set down to eat together for a change. She always fixes a special dish just for Victor that includes some plasma fruit.
The party was over and I found Adam and Alice on one of the balconies at the Doe home watching stars.
Marshall and Jennifer watch the stars in the yard.
Alice made her special french toast the next morning for the kids to enjoy before they headed off to school. The older kids will be traveling back to university and will leave before the kids get home from school.
Victor does not look happy that his kids are headed back to university. Wait til he finds out that creator is planning on moving them to a new town when they are finished with their degrees.
The van arrives and everyone gets in for the long trip to university.
Marshall and Jennifer both had classes in the science building and had a few minutes between classes to talk, flirt and kiss before heading out to the next class. [/url
Adam decides to throw a kegger party. He invites six of the friends they have made while at university. Like many parties some don't show up, and some extras come and crash (Ashley) and Eddy came long enough to say Hi and leave. I don't think he likes the crowds. Ashley tried to put the moves on Adam and he let her know no way he was taken. I sent Joseph over to dance with her after that. Dedric and Ester played gnubb most of the evening. Gilberto the roommate (guy in the hat) kept getting Marshall to help with keg stands. He was juiced up by the end of the evening. No one went streaking! Adam's party was considered awesome anyway, and would be talked about for a long time to come.
The guests finally left at 2:30 am and the friends eventually made their way to rooms to sleep, or not.
( @emorrill@Charlottesmom please look carefully at the picture with Alice and Adam smooching)
Life at University continues to plod on. The daily grind of classes, study, eat, study, sleep is getting on everyone's nerves. They throw their books back in their book bags and break out dancing to celebrate Friday is finally here. After the fun dance, they rush to their classes in a much more relaxed mood to take final exams. Hopefully only one more week of uni after this one.
The weekend is spent having fun, no books, no studying, no classes. All too soon it is Sunday evening and time to get things ready for another week of classes.
The last week of uni goes by quickly. The morning of finals arrives and students are cramming during those last few minutes before class.
Marshall grabs his backpack to go to class and luckily realizes at the last minute he is not dressed. He quickly changes and runs to class to keep from being late on exam day.
Exams are over and Marshall meditates to relax. His skill in martial arts and meditation has increased and he can now zenaport to travel just by meditating.
Adam practices some trick shots at the pool table to relax after exams. Alice arrives and gives him a hug. "Watch this!" He sets up the table for the trick shot. He makes the shot, the machine turns on spitting the balls out. They watch as the balls roll perfectly into the pockets. Adam is thrilled. Alice claps politely for him. "Good job! Lets go bowling."
Joseph and Maggie relax at the lake after then finish their exams. They enjoy swimming and fishing together.
Adam calls Joseph and invites him and Maggie to join the others for a nice meal at the diner. They enjoy their meals and spend time reminiscing about their memories of the first meal they had here at university.
Adam starts a bonfire after they return to the dorm. Joseph adds more wood on the fire. They spend the rest of the evening enjoying the bonfire, each other's company and talking about their future plans beyond university.
Joseph and Maggie plan to return to Midnight Hollow, get married, and move in together in the Flynn family home. They will provide a stable home for Maggie and Marshall's sister Cora as well as start a family of their own. Joseph still plans a military career and Maggie will go into the law enforcement career to become a forensic profiler.
Adam wants to marry Alice and search for his mother's family. He is not hurting for money and does not need a steady job because of his investment income and ability to scent and hunt for priceless minerals. Victor has found information about Adam's maternal family through his sources and will talk with them about it when they return to Midnight Hollow.
Alice wants to marry Adam and has decided to continue with her art as well. She will be learning photography like her father and aunt. She will continue to paint and will paint from the photos that she takes. She is excited about helping Adam search for his family.
Dedric will go with Adam and Alice to assist in the search. Dedric is a fairy and he can help ease any tensions felt by the fairy community being approached by were's and a witch during the search since his mother was a fairy.
Marshall is part of Adam's pack now and will accompany Adam in his travels. He wants to marry Jennifer before they start traveling. Marshall wants to be an author and has already written several books in his were series of fictional stories. He can write where ever they go.
Jennifer loves Marshall and has always wanted to work in journalism. She can write stories and send in articles as they travel.
Graduation is over, diplomas and hats are tossed in the air, pictures are made with family and friends. Goodbyes are said, hugs and promises are made to keep in touch, bags are packed and in the van. One last look behind as the truck carries them out of town. No more looking back though. Only forward to the future.
The actual graduation was glitched. Kinda had a feeling it would be with the way I had these guys jumping around back and forth with Marshall's story. Anywoo, they all got their diplomas via debug.
The changes in their lives after University have challenged and motivated the friends. Joseph Doe is working with the military and because of his ROTC and university degree started out as Squad Leader level 4. He is enjoying the military life just as he always knew he would, but currently has a lot on his mind. Maggie Flynn, his girlfriend has joined the local police force. She started as a level 4 police officer because of her degree.
Dedric has no worries or job. He spends his days fishing and selling the fish to the local market and science center for funds. He still plans to join Adam and the others as they travel to find Adam's maternal family. Marshall Flynn is a writer and since the fake 'Uncle Edmond' was exposed and imprisoned he now has full access to his family's money. He does not need a job although he continues to write his series of Werewolf books. Jennifer Doe, his girlfriend is working as a freelance journalist. She wants to eventually become a well known journalist. Alice Ballan has become more interested in developing her photography rather than her witch skills. Gardenia, her mother is disappointed, but understands that it is Alice's life and she needs to be happy in what she does. Adam Moonwalker's only goals after finishing university and obtaining his degree is to marry Alice and to search for his mothers family. He hopes that Victor has been able to obtain some information on the family.
Victor and Gardenia arrive at the pizza shop to join Adam and Alice for lunch. Victor has been training his dragon and still has him on his shoulder as they come in.
John and Jane Doe come into the restaurant and Jane waves to Gardenia.
Victor shows off his dragon to Adam and Jane. John watches from a safe distance.
Alice prepares the meal in the big ovens while the others chat.
Marshall arrives and greets everyone. He tells Adam that he is there to meet with Mr. and Mrs. Doe. They have a nice meal and then Marshall talks with Mr. Doe.
"I love Jennifer with all my heart. I know she is the one for me. I will take care of her, love her, protect her with my life. I realize you may have concerns because of my conversion to a wolf. I would never do anything to harm her and can actually protect her better as I am stronger and healthier than I've ever been. I ask for your blessing and her hand in marriage. It will make everything perfect if we have your blessing." He looks up at Mr. Doe pleadingly.
Mr. Doe gives his blessing. "We have known you since you were just a child when you moved here. We have watched you grow and become friends with Joseph as well as Jennifer. We watched the two of you grow closer and closer and knew someday you would marry our daughter. I am happy that you asked and am happy to bless your marriage. We have seen so much strangeness since moving to this town. Your wolf does not bother us, we know you are not an evil man."
"Thank you Mr. Doe. It means a lot to have your blessing. I know it will be a rush, but we would like to be married before Adam is ready to leave Midnight Hollow on his search."
While the others are chatting Victor got bored and went downstairs to the bowling alley. He bowls with intense concentration and a scowl on his face as if fighting his enemies back in the old days. Strike! The scowl works on bowling pins as well as it did on enemies.
Joseph and Maggie enjoyed a nice dinner at the local restaurant. Afterwards he presented her with some lovely flowers.
Maggie embraces him and thanks him with a kiss. "You are really being very romantic tonight, a lovely dinner, beautiful flowers. Is the military sending you on maneuvers for a few weeks?"
"Well, I do have something to tell you, as well as ask you." Joseph smiles at her as he drops to one knee and takes a box out of his pocket. "I love you with all my heart. I want us to be husband and wife, raise Cora together, and perhaps a few of our own. Will you marry me?"
Maggie jumps for joy and of course her answer is "Yes, yes, yes! I will marry you!"
Joseph places the beautiful ring on her finger. They embrace happily and discuss the wedding.
They decide they don't want to wait to get married. Neither want a big wedding so they grab a cab and ask to cabbie to take them to the wedding park. They stand under the branches of the wedding arch, ready to say their vows to each other. They look at each other. "My Mom's gonna be so mad at me," Joseph tells her.
"Yes, I don't imagine Marshall and Cora will be very happy with me." Maggie sighs.
Joseph pulls out his phone. "Ok, here's the plan, you make some calls, I will make some calls. Tell them to be here in 30 minutes or they will miss the wedding."
Everyone they called showed up within the allotted time. Cora (Maggie's kid sister) got tired of waiting for the wedding to start so she went fishing in the lake. She did come in time to throw rice at the end of the ceremony.
Surprise, the real and ghostly Uncle Edmund showed up for the ceremony.

Wedding dresses
Several of the men meet up at the gym. They all hop up on the treadmills. Of course, a competition starts with each one cranking their machine to the max to see who drops off first. "Hey", Victor challenges Dedric. "No fair flying on the machine!" Dedric snickers and starts running again.
Jennifer and Alice have a mission to find a dress for Jennifer's wedding. They hurry to the boutique downtown to be the first ones in the doors when it opens.
"Do you think I will find the perfect wedding dress today? We don't have much time to look." Jennifer looks worried and anxious and Alice wishes she had brought her camera to take pictures for the wedding album.
Alice browses the brochures while Jennifer starts looking at dresses. She looks at the ones showing some of the honeymoon destinations and sits thinking about the different honeymoon destinations.
The assistant has brought out the first dress to try on. Jennifer is not happy with it. She turns and lets Alice have a look at it. They are both shaking their heads.....No.
The next one is better, but a bit formal for Jennifer's taste.
"Oh, I love this one!" Jennifer exclaims happily. "Do you think Marshall will like it?" She tries the long veil and the short one and decides to go with the short one.
"Your turn!" Jennifer pushes Alice up on the dressing stand.
Alice tries on one of the ones Jennifer rejected. It is beautiful, but not quite what she wants.
Both girls shake their heads no to this one.
The next one they both agree is lovely. "I know Mom has a dress she wants me to look at so if I don't like it, this will be the dress."
The girls hug happy with their decisions. "I can't wait until the wedding and I become Jennifer Flynn. It has such a great sound to it." Jennifer happily twirls around the room. They say goodbye, Jennifer is to meet Marshall and go bowling, Alice got a text from Adam to meet him at his old campsite.
In the meantime the guys are soaking their sore bodies pushed too hard during the impromptu competition. One of the guys chose to skinny dip, but, they've been friends for so long no one freaked. Who you ask? Probably the last one you would suspect and not Victor. He's too proper to do that!
Sims love to bowl and I found the newlyweds bowling. Joseph was celebrating a strike.
Joseph and Maggie apparently had a very successful first night of marriage! Luckily there is still a crib in Maggie's room that Cora used when she was a toddler!
Is Marshall looking at the scoreboard or Jennifer's tush?

The Official Engagement
Alice arrives at the campsite and looks around seeing that nothing has really changed except the plants have grown denser. "It has been a while since we have hung out here. Do you miss it?"
"I've grown used to civilized living I have to admit. My soul still craves the outdoors at times, but, I don't need it 24/7." Adam takes her in his arms with a welcoming kiss. "I wanted to talk to you away from all the distractions that have been going on since we got back from university. I thought this would be the quietest place."
Adam takes a deep breath, looks straight into Alice's questioning eyes and plunges into the speech he has rehearsed so many times in his head.
"I fell in love with you the first time we met. My heart was yours. I did not need the fates to tell me you were mine. I knew you were the one for me. I know our destiny was matched by the fates. But, this is our choice not theirs. I want to make sure you know that I want to spend the rest of my life with you because I love you. Not because of them. I want to marry you, be by your side for the good times and the bad times. I want to have a daughter with your beautiful blue eyes and pretty hair. I want to watch her grow and have your beautiful laugh, and be a strong woman like her mother and grandmother. I want a son that has my strength, but your kindness and love for life. I want my children to know that I love them and that they feel that love. I want them to understand their heritage, but to understand they are not like their kin that tossed me aside. I know I can have this with you, because of our love.
Adam drops on one knee. He grins at her. "Lets make this official! Marry me. I wanted to wait til I found my Mom's family, but, I can't wait any longer to have you as my wife. Marry me, please. I love you."
Alice jumps for joy, laughing and crying at the same time. "Oh Adam! My dear sweet love. You are such a romantic man and I know how lucky we are to have found each other. I want our daughter to have your strength as well as our son. This world is not perfect and they will both need it. Our children will know we love them. Fate was not kind to you as a child, but you grew into a strong and loving man despite that. Yes, I will marry you!
He places the ring on her finger and they watch as it dazzles them in the moonlight.
She jumps into his arms and they hold each other whispering to each words of endearment, making plans, laughing and loving and just enjoying the moment and each other. A quiet wind rustles through the trees, crickets chirp, a frog croaks, fish splash in the pond and the waterfall splashes into the pool. All they see and hear is each other and their hearts beating as one.
Victor finally returns home after spending all day with the guys. He sheepishly (isn't he cute!) tells Gardenia all about their day.
Gardenia hugs him tightly knowing that Victor is going to miss having them around when they move away, just as she will miss them. She understands that it is the cycle of life. She left her family to join Victor, but that does not make it hurt less to see her first born child planning an exciting new life away from her and Victor. She has grown to love Adam as if he was her own and will miss him as well.
Gardenia tells him she got a call from Jane Doe. Jennifer and Marshall are getting married in the morning. The whole family is invited to witness the marriage.
They are still chatting about plans for tomorrow when a knock sounds on the door. Alice and Adam enter hand in hand. "Do you have a few minutes. We need to talk to you." Adam explains. "Alice and I have decided to get married before we start traveling. We would like your blessing and help in getting it put together."
"We actually hoped you would get married before you traveled so of course we give our blessing." Victor tells them.
"When do you want to have the wedding? Jennifer and Marshall are getting married tomorrow so that date is out." laughs Gardenia.
They discuss the details and settle on an evening ceremony in just a few days.
Victor realizes he needs to check on the twins who are playing in the yard under the hopefully watchful eyes of their big brothers and sister. Adam walks with him. "I know you are wanting to talk about what I've discovered about your Mother and her family. We will go down to the basement after I get the twins to bed." Adam keeps thinking of the wedding and can't get it off his mind. He helps by getting Lucas settled in bed, while Victor gets Lexie ready.
Victor and Adam chat as they go to Victor's labs. "I've marked a map for you to take with you detailing known Fairy communities. They are more widespread these days as the human community is more accepting of most of the supernatural clans. I searched all the archives for the symbol and the name on your Mother's chest that held her gems. It is not in the recorded family crests either fairy or werewolf that have been archived. Dedric did not recognize it as a known symbol of any of the well known Fairy families. Helena is a common name in the fairy community as well as the surname Willow. I can find no mention of a Helena Willow that went missing or was reported missing, lost or abducted. You have the look of a family that I knew many, many years ago back during my days with the council. I finally recalled who as I was searching the archives. I've traced the family through the years up until about 24 years ago and they disappear off the grid. The family name was Willowisp. It is possible they had a run in with the Queen of the Fairy's and changed their names, moving away to live a more secluded life. I've talked with Rafe recently and he has some large archives that he said he would search using the names and symbol I sent him. Perhaps when you leave you should go to Barnacle Bay and visit with Rafe and Autumn to see what he found out. Otherwise, I recommend that you start the search in Moonlight Falls. Moonlight Falls is tolerant of supernaturals as long as you live openly as a supernatural and of course, don't attack the humans in town."
Victor pauses and nods at Adam. "It is good that you changed your name when you left the clan. The Clawfist name of your father is well known, and feared. Those with the name are hunted in that area. You don't look like your father's side of the family. I hope that someone may think you look like a Willowisp if they were indeed living there and your Mother was a Willowisp. They may be able to give you some idea of where they are now. I've never asked how you choose the name Moonwalker for your surname. Do you mind telling me?
"When I left I walked at night with the Moon as my guide. I needed to be safe from humans as well as the clan. All I knew from the clan is humans were dangerous and would kill at the first opportunity. I didn't see that when I found myself foraging in towns, but, was afraid to take a chance. My first name I took from a book I read and I liked the name so I became Adam Moonwalker."
"It is a name to be proud of Adam Moonwalker and a name that I am proud to welcome officially into the family."
Gardenia takes Alice into the bedroom and searches in the armoire for a dress she has saved for years. She takes it out, it is wrapped in layers of tissue and gauze to protect it. She carefully unwraps it, shakes it out and asks Alice if she would like to try it on. "It is beautiful Alice tells her.
Alice smiles happily when she looks in the mirror. She cannot believe how beautiful the dress is and how special she feels wearing her Mom's dress.
"I feel like a fairy princess wearing it. Thank you so much. I love it. I'm going to miss you and Dad and the kids so much. I know you understand that my future is with Adam. It may take us many places on this search before we settle down and we still have no idea if we will settle down here or elsewhere. I guess it will depend on what we find on the search."
"I do understand and your Father and I will miss you and Adam very much. It will take some getting used to and we know for awhile you won't be home for visits. Luckily in this day and age we have phones and computers that we can keep in touch much easier than many years ago. I will expect frequent calls and computer time with you."
Alice reaches out for her Mom, hugging her tightly. "I love you Mom."
Midnight Hollow, The Ballan Family
Marshall and Jennifer's Wedding
Jennifer smiles seeing how many of her friends and family make it to the wedding. She is not the least bit nervous. She has been looking forward to this day for several years. Marshall is the love of her life and she looks forward to this new phase in their life together. She thinks Marshall looks very handsome in his new outfit. He begged her not to make him wear a tuxedo and to be honest she doesn't think fancy clothing suits her Marshall. She told him to pick out what he would be comfortable in and he looks wonderful. She notices his tie is a blend of their favorite colors his purple and her hot pink. He is a bit of a romantic after all she thinks.
Marshall runs his finger around his collar trying to make it easier to breath as he nervously fidgets waiting for the wedding to start. He feels breathless looking at Jennifer. She is so beautiful, relaxed, poised and has stars in her eyes. He still cannot believe how lucky he is that Jennifer loves him and wants to spend her life with him. He knows he is the luckiest man on earth. She turns from looking at the crowd and smiles at him. He steps forward to take her in his arms and give her a long loving kiss when the music starts playing and he realizes the ceremony is ready to start. He steps back, he knows he will get that kiss later.
They exchange rings and say their vows pledging their lives to each other.
The family and friends clap and cheer for the couple.
Marshall finally gets his kiss.
Time for the cutting of the cake. Everyone gathers round and watches the cutting ceremony and then rush forward to grab a slice of the yummy looking cake.
The friends and family enjoy chatting after the ceremony. Joseph, soon to be Daddy is being very attentive with newly pregnant Maggie.
Before the wedding Victor had sought out Marshall and offered the use of the grotto which would provide more privacy than either the Flynn or Doe house or the local inn. Marshall thanked Victor for his generosity and accepted with pleasure. He and Jennifer wave goodbye to those who were still enjoying the party and hurry to the grotto that was dug out of the rocks and caverns into the lower levels of the Ballan home.
They strip down quickly and sink down into the warm waters. They sigh and relax. Marshall reaches out and pulls Jennifer close, snuggling and whispering sweet loving words to her.
I'm having trouble keeping up with the chat thread so I will read and comment here because I really don't like keeping you waiting for comments and because I love this family so much! Will make a cup of tea and sit back and enjoy
Family
Victor is definitely cute, although he might not like that adjective
They will definitely miss Alice and Adam but kids do move on when they start their own lives.
I bet Victor and Gardenia were thrilled to hear that Alice and Adam want to marry before they traveled
Everyone looks so happy!
Victor is so helpful with all his research! I do hope he is right about the Willowisp name and that Midnight Hollow reveals more.
Gardenia's wedding dress is beautiful and looks gorgeous on Alice. I am sure it will be a beautiful wedding
Marshall and Jennifer's Wedding
I like Marshall's relaxed look for the wedding and it suits the venue better than a tux would
Jennifer looks gorgeous in her dress
It really is a beautiful wedding spot!
Quite a crowd and it looks like everyone was well behaved
And what a sweet kiss it is
Was there enough cake for everyone?
Lovely pics of everyone socializing after the wedding Even the kids are having fun
The Grotto is the perfect place for their wedding night
Marshall looks so pleased with himself in that last pic!
@Mikezumi Thanks so much for the comments. I do appreciate it very much. How I missed them yesterday I don't know!
There was actually cake left over! I think some waited so long it got knocked out of the queue. LOL Several of the kids played tag after the wedding so was fun to see them running around as the adults chatted. I'm looking forward to starting a new chapter in their lives as they travel to new places in the search.

Alice and Adam's Wedding
The day dawns with the usual fog, but otherwise looks like fair weather. The wedding is set for sunset, but the family and friends are already busy with the preparations. They enjoy a hearty breakfast and Gardenia assigns tasks for everyone to complete for the wedding this evening. Even the newlyweds Marshall and Jennifer were assigned tasks once they made it to breakfast after their night in the grotto.
Marshall and Jennifer's assignment was to clean the grotto so it would be available for Alice and Adam. I think they decided to muss the sheets up one more time.
Victor set the younger kids on their tasks to collect some flowers for the vases. He reminded Jillian to meet with Josef and Dylan at the park in a hour with the flowers. No dawdling allowed. Clarabelle needed to be feed and petted and played with, so he took that task on himself.
The park where the wedding will be held is showing signs of new life and color from the spell that Gardenia and Alice cast on their own land. The spell is slowly spreading to the outlying homes and community lots and rejuvenating them. Gardenia contemplates renewing the spell from other areas in town, but that is for another day. Today is for setting up the park for Alice and Adam's wedding.
A few hours before sunset the family travels to the park. The photographer poses them for pictures until Victor gets tired of smiling for the pictures and calls a halt. He actually wants to chat with his daughter one more time before the ceremony. He was tired of having his picture taken also. Alice hugs his neck thanking him for being her Dad. "I'm going to miss you my little one. I remember the day Gardenia told me she was pregnant with you. I knew you would be a girl and I knew your name would be Alice. It was one of the happiest days of my life holding you, hearing your cry. You have grown into a beautiful young woman. Today, you will be formally joined with Adam. You and he will have a family of you own in the future. I want you to remember, you are always my little one. I'm just a thought away from you and will always come if you need me. I love you and am so proud of you."
The sounds of the harp playing softly interrupt their talk. The sun is setting and it is time for the ceremony. Alice hugs her Dad one more time, takes his arm and they walk together to the archway where Adam is waiting for her.
Alice walks with Adam and stands under the archway. She has known Adam was her soulmate for several years. The ceremony just makes it official in the eyes of the world. Adam is standing tall and confident. He looks so handsome in the suit he is wearing. It is in her favorite color of blue. He is such a romantic and her heart beats as strongly for him now as it did when they met.
Adam looks into Alice's face and sees the woman she has become since they first met. He loved her then, he loves her now and he will love her into eternity. She is wearing her mother's gown and he hopes and prays they have a beautiful daughter who will wear that same gown someday. He is excited about the future with Alice, having children of their own, and traditions that they will start that will add to the traditions in her family.
They stand before the witnesses and vow their love and exchange the rings that bind them together before man and the fates. Neither are nervous, they are relaxed and smiling and laughing as they say their vows to each other. They are officially joined as husband and wife. Adam and Alice Moonwalker.
The family and guests enjoyed the wedding ceremony. A few tears were shed, many good wishes for a long and happy marriage as well as fertility were shouted at them afterwords. Everyone including the wedding crashers were invited to stay for the reception and dancing later.
Adam and Alice cut the cake and ate side by side. The guests lined up for cake and the buffet table had been set up and was open as well.
The dancing starts with Adam and Alice doing a waltz that they had practiced. (love that mod) After the waltz the others were invited to dance. It was late when the party ended. Most of the townspeople had gone home leaving the family enjoying the dancing. Jillian has developed a crush on Dedric and he is being sweet dancing with her. (every time I give them back autonomy she is right there chatting away with him. It is cute. She even showed off her dance moves to him. Missed that picture as I was focusing on others.)
Adam and Alice leave the party and enjoy celebrating their wedding in the grotto.
Today is Lucas and Lexi's birthday. Gardenia finds it hard to believe how fast the time has gone. She holds Lucas and helps him blow out the candles. He twirls and grows into a cute young boy. He definitely takes after his Dad, but has his Mom's face shape. (Gardenia got a wish for another baby just after Lucas aged.....ummm NO!)
Lexi's turn. (Victor got a wish for another baby after Lexi aged up.....ummm NO! They will have to wait for Grans!)
The family enjoyed cake as the sun set.
The call of the wild happens on the night of the full moon and Adam and Marshall both answer that call. They kiss their wives goodbye and follow their were instincts for a pack hunt.
Maggie went into labor the same evening and had a bouncing baby girl. Meet Abbie Doe.
The entire family got up early to say goodbye and to take one last family photo before Adam and Alice left with Marshall, Jennifer and Dedric to begin the search.
They arrive in Barnacle Bay and find a house to rent that has three bedrooms and is close to the ocean.
Across the street from the rental is a small park that could use some updating as well as the beach. In the distance they can see the ship diner that they enjoyed eating at when they visited Autumn and Rafe previously.
Alice and Marshall both wanted to take a picture with a friend after they arrived at the rental home.
Alice texted her Aunt Autumn that they had arrived. She immediately texted back to come over and have dinner with them. Excited hugs from Autumn and Rafe who are happy to see them again. Introductions are made to those who had not met Autumn and Rafe.
No, Dedric she is not for you, but I don't blame you for getting hearts.
Yep, they got hearts too. Just missed the picture.
No hearts with these two.
Will is playing in the other room with the his mummy doll that they brought back from their recent trip.
Alice could hear Christina cooing and went upstairs to pick her up to play and snuggle with the precious baby. Autumn tells her to bring Christina down when she comes back. They sit and chat about the search and Rafe informed them he found some things in the archive that he wants Adam to look at after dinner. They enjoy a lovely dinner, laughing, chatting and telling stories.
Rafe and Adam descend into the underground caverns and crypts that Rafe has excavated under his home. Rafe explained that he prefers to keep the important papers and books away from prying eyes. He opens the hidden door to his archive room. He shows Adam a diary that he obtained from a book merchant. He found an interesting story that may shed some light on Adam's lineage. The diary belongs to one of the court fairy's. He has no idea how it ended up in the merchants shop.
Adam sits in the chair and begins to read. I write this tale so the world will know what happened to my precious Prince Kailon. I was his nursemaid, his nanny, his companion, and his governess during his youth. I loved him as if I was his mother and I miss him dreadfully. I want the world to know what happened and it not be swept under the rug and hidden by the Fairy Court. The tradition for centuries in the Fae world is that the Queen of the Fairy's will choose mates for her sons and daughters from the oldest families in the land when they are born. The chosen remain with their families, but are raised and educated and provided with the best of everything until the fates determine who will be the mate. The most important of the mates of course is the Prince or Princess that is heir to the throne. The Queen has an arrangement with the fates that the chosen one will be determined for the heir at the16th birthday. This provides time to continue preparing the chosen one for his or her duties. They do not meet until chosen. Once the fates make their choice the chosen one will move into the palace to further their education in royal protocol and history, combat and many other arts. Although they are segregated they do meet at formal dinners and are allowed to get to know each other under careful supervision. The bond is forged and witnessed once both reach the age of 18. The ties from a bonding are permanent as their souls are joined, they become one soul, two hearts and cannot be broken even in death.
Prince Kailon, eldest son of the Queen met his young bride after the fates made their choice. He fell instantly in love with her and she with him. A true love match. They married on her 18th birthday. She became pregnant within a few weeks. She disappeared a few months later on a trip to visit her parents. They searched for months and months. No trace was ever found of what happened to her or the security party that went with her. Prince Kailon was found dead one morning six months after she disappeared. The searches were suspended as they knew she no longer lived. The bond that was forged between them was not broken even in death. Prince Kailon and Princess Nissa may not have been together at death, but their spirits rest together in the realm of the Fairy's forevermore. Trejalla Elmtwig, Court Fairy.
Rafe tells him that he looked into the marriage of Prince Kailon and Princess Nissa. According to the records, Nissa was a Willowisp before her wedding. Like Victor he can find no information on the Willowisp family since the disappearance of Nissa. Rafe advises him to travel to Moonlight Falls as suggested by Victor. "The timing of the marriage, pregnancy and deaths are crucial to my suspicions. My guess is that you are the child of Prince Kailon and Princess Nissa. Your fairy genes are dormant as the werewolf genes are stronger. I think the werewolf Drogo bit you as an infant to prevent you from becoming a fairy. He had probably told the clan she was pregnant with his child. I imagine that is the only reason they didn't try to kill her or overthrow him as leader. To be honest, I'm shocked he did not kill you outright. We can run some tests on you now if you would like. Once you discover what happened to the Willowisp family they may agree to testing as well. It might be difficult getting DNA from the royal family, but, we can try that too."
Adam is stunned with what he just read as well as with Rafe's speculations. He is not surprised that Drogo lied to him about his mother leaving the fairy community because of love for Drogo. He did not know about bonding when he lived with the clan, but if they had been bonded Drogo would have died when his mother did. "I think Drogo liked having someone around that was easy for him to abuse and torture, that was too young and too small to fight back. He might be my werewolf sire, but it would be nice to know he is not my blood sire. Dedric and I practiced on each other in university running scans and taking samples. We did some analyzing and that is when I found that I did inherit some fairy genes from my Mother. I guess it is possible I may have some genes from my father as well if I am truly not Drogo's blood son. I have much to think about. Thank you so much for doing the research and finding what you did."

University Life
Things went back to normal for a few days.
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Exams
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Meanwhile, Back in Midnight Hollow

Home to Midnight Hollow
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Discoveries
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
A Break
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
The Ghost
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
The Arrest
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Back to university.
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
University Fun
( @emorrill @Charlottesmom please look carefully at the picture with Alice and Adam smooching)

University
Life at University continues to plod on. The daily grind of classes, study, eat, study, sleep is getting on everyone's nerves. They throw their books back in their book bags and break out dancing to celebrate Friday is finally here. After the fun dance, they rush to their classes in a much more relaxed mood to take final exams. Hopefully only one more week of uni after this one.
The weekend is spent having fun, no books, no studying, no classes. All too soon it is Sunday evening and time to get things ready for another week of classes.
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Finally finished!

Life changes

A Wedding.

Family
The Dress

Party

Birthdays
After the hunt Adam found Alice in the hot tub.
Marshall found Jennifer waiting up for him.
The Cowboy and the Mermaid
Barnacle Bay
