Good morning everyone!

I am new to the forums but not new to sims. I am still an amateur builder compared to all of the other's out there but, alas I shall show you what I have and if you like it please pm for the download link. I am looking for constructive criticisms on my builds so even if you don't want to download anything of mine I would definitely appreciate some feedback so I can better my future builds and hopefully be closer to making as stunning lots as the rest of the builders on sims 3.

I will update the thread as often as I am able and with all of my uploads I will also provide descriptions of each one so you know exactly what the lot entails. I will upload some sims/pets but not very many of them as I am more focused on housing and community lots.

The Amazon is a very nice cabin house boat! The blue colour of the exterior and the yellow edged windows look very nice. The floral patterning on the exterior looks pretty. Very nice layout of the interior. The floor patterning used in the build gives a very nice look to the boat.
The exterior design of Seaside Loft is very nice! It looks very nice the way the fencing borders the car parking area , and on the edges of the front footpath. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The curtains used look very nice. Very nice open plan layout of the living areas. The blue colour and the texture of the walls gives a nice coastal feel to the home. Very nice sofa seat and armchair sitting area for sims to enjoy relaxing there watching tv or reading a book, with sunshine coming in through the windows. It is nice that there is a loft bedroom. The oars are a great touch on the bedhead wall.

White Plank Beach

This lovely beach has several lounging chairs for sims to enjoy looking out at the open sea, two lifeguard chairs for those dreadful incidents of drowning or shark attacks, A wedding arch, a picnic & grill area, several children's stands for selling brownies & muffins, a coffee house which also includes bathrooms and showers on the second floor and a few fire pits for enjoying summer night bonfires!

White Plank Beach is a great place for sims to enjoy visiting! It looks very nice how the lounge seats are set up on the beach for sims to enjoy looking out at the sea. Very nice outdoors dining nook for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating food at the picnic tables in the sea air. The palm trees look great in the build. Very nice exterior design of the building. It is nice that there is a coffee shop at the beach for sims to enjoy having a drink and some food . The outdoors red umbrella covered dining tables look very nice. Sims will enjoy eating and drinking in the sunshine. Nice study desk area in the building for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer.
The beach is very nice !
