Two families, both alike in dignity, with very different architecture styles.

I have two new builds for a world I'm working on. They are each owned by one of the "founding families" of the world, the Buchanons and the Montagues. They've both been playtested, have lots of store content, but no CC. Here's the working world description:

Coritoba was "discovered" by Antonio Montague and Michael Buchanon during the great dragon hunt. Antonio named the island after his two children who didn't survive the journey, but have haunted the cemetery for generations. Their "discovery" of dragons brought supernatural sims from around the world and propelled Coritoba into greatness. Antonio and Michael were once business partners and best friends, but they quarreled over something no one can remember, and their families have been enemies ever since. Antonio Montague (having landed first and being the wealthier of the two) chose the high ground to settle, and built a stunning city-upon-a-mountain. Over the years, the Mont district introduced strict zoning laws that limit new construction, and preserve the original look of the town. The Buchanons settled across the channel in the flats. The Flats district was primarily farmland, but when gunpowder made walls and dragons obsolete, the Flats became ripe for development. Today it is a gleaming metropolis, and the center of commerce for modern Coritoba. Although the supply and desire for dragons has dwindled, the larger economy is booming, and sims from around the world keep coming here in droves.

Montague Amusements has something for everyone. Ride the jaw-dropping roller coaster, or go for a leisurely cruise on the gondola. Kids love the carousel and adults can't get enough of the hot air balloon. Each ride takes a different color ticket, as indicated on the dispensers conveniently located near each entrance. For more adventurous sims, a green ticket will give you access to the whole park. Once you've had your fill of rides and games, don't forget to check out the rest of the park!

This indoor arena has a halfpipe, a surfing pool, a soccer field, a basketball court, a roller skating rink, an ice skating rink - and that's just on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find a broom arena, a sparring rink, a bowling alley with a full arcade, rock climbing, a dance studio, a gym, and a decadent spa to help your sim unwind from all that action.

The two builds are very nice! Very nice design and layout of Montague Amusements! The roller coaster going through the build looks great! There are lots of fun and enjoyable activities for sims to enjoy doing at the venue! They will enjoy going on the carousel. It is great that the hot air balloon is in the build. The water fountains feature is pretty! Sims will enjoy having snowcones from the carts.
The design of Buchanon Arena looks great! There are sommany enjoyable activities for sims to have fun doing at this venue also! It is nice that the activities are both indoors and outside. Very nice blue and red outdoors floor tiling! The glass walls and roofing where the half pipe is looks very nice!
