So my child sim needed a bath and I gave him one. Only the grungy effect didn't go away, I had him take three more baths and brush his teeth but also the hygiene bar was full it was red and he still had the uncomfortable thing.
Edit: Nevermind, he's fine now. He gets that way whenever he took a mud bath, which is odd because I had his other brothers take mud baths and they were fine.

Hello
I am sorry that you have had this issue. If the issue occurs again, try having the sim travel to another lot and back home again, and see if that helps the issue.

That made me laugh. Is he a slob in the making?
