    My Sims have a degree but there is a problem

    Ok my Sim in Sims 2 received the 3rd highest degree in History but has no friends. When I applied for a job in the Military, I started at the bottom. Why is this so?

    Shouldn't I at least start at the 2nd or 3rd level of the career?

    Edit: Problem solved! I got confused. My starting rank was Drill Instructor. I thought it was a Level 1 Military! It is Level 3. :#

      OK problem solved. Silly me! As I have not played the Sims 2 before, I realized that my starting job was a Drill Instructor, a Level 3 career in the Military.

      Well, I guess it is not a bad starting point for a first timer! :D
