Hi – I’m not a very prolific builder, but I have a handful of things I’ve uploaded to the gallery over the past few years that seemed worth sharing so I think I’ll start a showcase thread – Please forgive the massive first entry as I get all my current stuff posted. I’ll come back and add when I make new things. If you click the pictures, you will get taken to my flickr galley for that lot and there are many interior/detail shots posted there, plus notes about the lot. All lots are available in the Sims 4 Gallery under my user ID LadyEmperorSims. I only share my lots that are cc free and my own design (although plenty of ideas from other creators make it into my work). You generally will want to turn on "bb.moveobjects on" before placing my lots as I tend to use the cmd-opt-9 cheat a lot and these objects sometimes revert to default position if MOO is not on. I have most of the expansions and packs and use the build cheats a lot.

The house exterior is copied from the top part of a *fantastic* Sims 3 skyscraper at My Sims House, but 99% of this lot is my design so I'm sharing it.

Brutal Tower House
The exterior of this one is copied from another creator’s house from Sims 2 or 3 – I had the pic on my harddrive forever and don’t know its original source. But other than that, it is all my design so I am sharing it.

Hello It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds. Each of the homes and the community lot venues are very nice! Very nice design of the exteriors ! It is nice that you have links to pictures of their interiors.
Simmers will enjoying downloading and having your builds in their games

Hi – It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded anything but recently I started to polish up my almost done lots and getting them out the door. Here are a few new offerings:

Hardy Boys at 4353 Wisteria Lane
Before Susan of Desperate Housewives took over their home, this yellow house belonged to Parker Stevenson and Sean Cassidy. Exterior can be used for either - The inside is entirely made up. I hate the layout of Susan's house and I have never had enough screencaps to figure out a Hardy Boys version, so I have always just worked out a floor plan that made sense to me. It's different every game - This is by far my favorite version. It’s built for the Hardy family, not Susan, so you will see evidence of that. Teen spaces and a secret room over the garage for Fenton to do his detective stuff. No CC but cheats and several packs used-turn on MOO before placing. If you want the outside to be yellow paneling like the show, you will need to find cc wallpaper and replace.

Bumblebee Botanicals
A small flower shop with a greenhouse. Store is stocked and all plants for creating bouquets included in greenhouse. No CC but cheats and several packs used-turn on MOO before placing.

The Red Rose Inn
UK-style pub and inn. Restaurant and bar on first floor with rooms upstairs if you want to stay the night. No CC but cheats and several packs used-turn on MOO before placing.

Each of the three new builds are very nice!
The Hardy Boys at 4353 Wisteris Lane is a very nice home for a sims family to enjoy living in. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The colour schemes of the rooms look very nice, and give a very nice feel to the rooms. Very nice trellis covered outdoors dining and hot tub patio.
Bumblebee Botanicals is such a very pretty flower shop! The yellow flower box windows, yellow awnings , the yellow colour of the interior walls and yellow flower prints on the walls looks very sunny! It looks very nice how the flower arrangements are on display on the shelves in the store. The floral shaped mirrors are a nice touch on the walls. It is great that there is a greenhouse which contains flowers plants growing to use in the arrangements. Very nice upper level living and sleeping area.
The Red Rose Inn is a very nice restaurant for Sims to enjoy visiting for a meal and a drink. The yellow colour of the exterior, and the red flower boxes look very nice together. Very nice red colour scheme of the interior. The furnishing of the interior is very nice! It looks great how the dining tables, chairs and booth seating have been set up for Sims to enjoy sitting there eating their meals or having a drink. The brown brick texture of the walls gives a nice look and feel to the venue. It is great that there is an outdoors umbrella covered dining area patio also. The fireplace is nice and warming in the restaurant. Sims will also enjoy watching tv whilst there or have fun playing the llama table top game. Very nice bar area! It looks great how the bar area has been set up. The drinks shelves look great placed on the wall. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat.

An urban lot with one-stop-shopping for couples out for the night. Hipster restaurant upstairs, bowling alley, and ice cream parlor on first floor.

Parrot Roost Guest House
3-bedroom luxury rental house created for Jungle Adventure. It’s based off a real house in Sri Lanka I saw online so if it looks familiar, you probably googled on the same keywords I did. Besides the en-suite bedrooms there is a large kitchen, lounge, pool, and a workroom for your adventuring sims to work on their finds after a long day’s digging.

The three new lots look very nice! Roam World Cuisine is a very nice restaurant for Sims to enjoy dining at! The domes on the roofing and design of the roof looks great! It looks very nice how the interior of the restaurant has been designed. The patterned dining seats and golden sparkly dining tables look very colourfully nice how they have been set up for Sims to enjoy sitting at the tables eating meals. The white flowers on the dining table tops are a nice touch. The walls of windows and greenery on them are very nice. Sims will enjoy looking out at the outside views whilst dining there.
Date Night is a very nice complex for Sims to enjoy visiting! There is a great variety of things for Sims to do when visiting the lot! The design and furnishing of each of the areas looks great! It is nice that there is a bowling alley for Sims to have fun bowling there. They will enjoy also playing the arcade machine games. Very nice icecream parlour and restaurant areas! It is a very detailed build!
Very nice exterior design and layout of Parrot Roost Guest house! It is very nice that you have made a simversion of a real life building. The wraparound porches and balconies look great! The build suits Jungle Adventures pack and Selvadorada so very well! The furnishing of the interior looks very nice!

Thanks, MaxwellDvine! It was built before the game update that gave us the art gallery lot distinction, but could easily be converted if you wanted that functionality. I guess I was ahead of my time in my thinking.
