I love the beautiful cool new decorative lights that come in the game, I just wish they would be off-the-grid. Especially when the lights are outdoors or lanterns.
It would be nice if we have an “Wall-Mounted Desks“ (or office) as an new decorative to put your PC, laptop, & etc. on the wall desks & put small items on the top shelving so you can save space in the room if you want to build an home office in a small room so sims can work at home or not. And maybe to be able to separate (or detached) the shelving from the wall desks so you can do whatever you want with it for decorating any size room. Brooms for bust the dust, books on dye recipes- you can create them instead of dumpster dive for them- the magic mirror from Sims 3, a special set for crafting magic brooms and wands in ROM, an item to remove fireworks from toilets, in-home garden planters for larger trees- my apple trees, and I need a lot of them, never work with the ones we have, childrens' supernatural items so they can test their abilities, sugar cane and butter churn for cottage living, pizza making kits, ice cream maker, wooden stakes to ward off vampires, and tons of new items for mischief and mayhem.
Ooh, I really like the murphy bunkbeds! Murphy tables that fold down would also be cool They have some that come with seats- look sort of like a picnic bench that can fold into the wall. Would work in a tiny home.
I would like some crystal chandeliers. A plain simple one, perfect for a modest Victorian/Georgian home. But also fanchee ones like from Restoration Hardware. But still on the crystal side.
Can we get horses and the ability to build a ranch? Imagine raising a foal and then entering in competitions, winning medals. It can be made into a career, teach kids to ride horses, enter Rodeos, you could even use the horse to move about the town you're in. I feel this idea could be built upon too. Get more CAS items like cowboy/cowgirl hats, riding shirts, and even more options for boots.

It's broken window and doorway in Werewolves GP, it's not an unexpected "superhero passing through the wall" hole
Also, I.m okay with murphy beds only if they stop killing my Sims.
Sun roof window thingies would be nice.
Cacti would be good too.
