Sims traveling problem

My Sims have been 'on location' for a while in a custom world, Kingdom of Gwelikon. I tried to send them back home, but my game crashes every time I try. I have an old-ish copy of the game, but it's from February.

Have you ever had this problem? Any solutions?

Thanks in advance.

So...you have the NRaas Traveler mod in play? Otherwise there is no such thing as visiting a custom world on a vacation and being able to send them back to their homeworld. Or is this not exactly what you had done to get them there?

Yes, I have the Nraas Traveler mod, amongst many others. They were on 'vacation', but really I had a 'filming a movie' story happening. I tried 3 times to send them back home, but the game crashed.

Do you have Overwatch and ErrorTrap in play, among the others? Is ErrorTrap kicking up any script errors that we could help interpret at NRaas?

What are the sizes, in MBs, of the nhd files of the world they are in now and the one of their destination (back home) within your current Save folder?

Have you tried sending them back home "early" one by one - by phone, they will return to their homeworld instantly, until there is only one left and then after a fresh Save (As), quit to Desktop (or Origin) and loadup, try ending the vacation entirely by sending the one remaining sim back home by themselves.

@igazor: Yes, I do have Overwatch and ErrorTrap. There have been a few script errors in the game, but that happens a lot in my games. I haven't tried sending them home one-by-one, but maybe I should....

I'll try it right now. Thanks.
