We can't get sims juiced (without mods) atm, can we?
Not that I know of, but I've had them become Dazed when using the Bubble Blower, or when dancing to a DJ with the highest skill. For the latter, they get Hyped, and it leads to a Dazed Moodlet. Both of these require content outside the Base Game, City Living and Get Together respectively. I'm wracking my brain to think of anything in the Base Game that makes them Dazed. Oh, and taking medicine without being sick will do it as well, but here again, I think that's Get To Work only.
I take that back, there is fighting of course. Just didn't think of it in this context, lol.
I assumed you have either City Living or Get Together? Seems like an odd goal if you don't, I'd guess they wouldn't have that as a goal for people who don't have those packs.

Thanks, I knew there was something else! I have had that happen as well, can confirm.
The other ones asked for are good moods: Happy, Playful, Flirty.
Dazed is a bad mood with negative effects.
I have all packs, and the lot has the Party Place trait, so wondering if it's related to that.
