Hej @BooV7227 and @rosemow sorry but we can only read LastException text files, LastCrash text files are not something we can read on MCCC support or Discord, EA needs to read those. @BooV7227, if you have a LastException that goes along with your crash you can pop over to Discord and post it there and we can try and figure what caused it. The Discord link is in my signature.

Hello
You could pm a SimGuru your last crash text file, but I didn't suggest this earlier because I didn't want the Simgurus to be overloaded with lastcrash files of many simmers who may read this post.Sometimes Simgurus ask for save games, or last crash or last exemption files, and that is different.
Is your game crashing a lot? Does it crash at anytime or when you are doing certain things? I know you wrote on the other thread that you have CC that might be doing it, I have a lot of CC and a few mods in my game, usually when those break you can get LastException text files but I personally have never had my game crash with broken CC, the only time I have had CC crash my game is on start up, then I know it's CC/mods.
What you could do is pull you saves and put them in a folder somewhere else on your PC and start a clean new game, play for awhile to see if you crash again, at least then you will know it's not CC related.

Hello
When the game crashed, what was your sims doing ?
Sometimes having a large amount of items in the sims inventories and household inventory can cause issues. If the crashing issues continue to keep occurring try removing some of the items from the inventories and see if that helps.
Make sure that your graphics drivers are uptodate.
Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" or " options " file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder.
It started somewhere around the Parenthood patch (I think), and so far it's happened about a handful of times. I can't pin it down to anything in particular yet, this last time was in a new save with June Kay, she got her violin skill up to 2, I paused to debate what she should do next, and after a few moments it crashed.
She has a tiny single-story house on Streamlet Single, very little clutter, little landscaping, she did have some flowers in her inventory that she had yet to sell, but they would have totaled around 30 items, maybe?
If it were unpaused and npcs were active at the time I'd say maybe someone zoned in and some cc triggered something, or an action a walker-by did somewhere in the neighborhood might have done it, and it might have given me a clue about a mod. But not this time.
Other times it has happened with a family of six (varying ages+ toddler) on a reasonably full 2-story 30x40 lot with a pool, and with another family of six (2 elders, 2 adults, 2 teens) on a 2-story 20x30 lot with a pool. There doesn't appear to be a pattern yet. I'd say full house, but June's house was certainly not big or full of stuff.
I have recently updated my graphics drivers, and reset my Sims 4 folder and only put back my Mods/saves/tray and options file/folders, and I am debating whether to try the 50/50 method, or simply go modless for testing.
Since this is a fairly new save, I can play without mods for a few sessions to see if it still happens, but I haven't been able to do that with my main save (which is on hold for now). So it's probably best to test it for a few days and post again if it happens mod-free. =/
It would be best to test the game without mods/cc and also try to limit the amount of items that your sims have in their inventories. Then see if the crashing continues.
