    I can't place my order I keep getting this message: "Please check your payment details and try again. Thank you"


    I'm trying to preorder the new SP bundle. I filled out everything correctly and my card was accepted.

    Is anyone else having trouble using this site?

      I never got it to work @casseyshazera . I do know that after I attempted multiple times my credit card provider contacted me asking me if I approved of the transaction, so I assumed maybe it was them who was stopping it from going through. But I don't know. It's weird. I gave up eventually.


      You may do better using something like PayPal.

      I'm not having any luck either, im talking with support through email, but no luck so far. It is weird, hopefully it gets resolved.

      @Goodywood Got it working, but it required my sister doing it in a different country. Changing computers, browsers ect. didnt work, so maybe its a problem with the card?, that or the website doesnt like my rural location.
      Anyway, thought id update.
