Small Features You Would Like? «1234567…11...Next Go

Hi all,
I was wondering what small features you would like added into TS4. I don't mean anything game-changing like pets or seasons - I think most of us would like to see those at some point.

I for example really want the option to buy a cake instead of having to make one yourself every single time. I'd also like the option for sims to play tag with each other, and for swings to come back. Just some small little features that add to the game! What would you like to see?

Mine is food related too. I'd like to see more Dishes, Glazed Ham would be one dish I'd like sims to make, and adding topping to cheesecake; Strawberries, Peanut butter, and Grapes.

the second thing would be more Crops, Pumpkin, Peanut Crop, Corn. maybe it would change things for Spooky Stuff, but you can harvest the pumpkin, carve it, make pumpkin pie.

Also, when my Sim gets a whim to socialise with another Sim that is supposedly 'nearby' (i.e. somewhere in the neighbourhood) I can rarely find that Sim. I'd like to be able to click on their thumbnail and have the camera focus on them, like you can do with a Sim you're playing.

I would like to see a few small outdoor things to do with toddlers. Like play equipment and stuff. I like taking my toddlers out but there is just not much to do with them other than letting them wander around.

I'd like all of those! I've never thought about it but being able to click on their thumbnail would he very useful because I have a hard time finding the near-by sims too

Yeah toddlers definitely need more things to do outdoors. I think a sandpit would be cool, and one of those things that they sit on which is sort of on a spring, and they bounce up and down on. I can't remember what they're called

We need the hair/makeup outfit lock brought back!! It drives me nuts when I have to go through and match the hairstyle to every category! I also vote for the makeup opacity slider!

I agree with some of the things above. Body hair, new things to harvest, a juicer, an actual store to buy groceries, additional fun things and CAS items for tots, more physical interactions for kids, prom (an event to actually attend) for teens, more supernaturals, additional powers for our aliens.....

Are you getting the Fitness SP that comes out today? That has portable earbuds.

Honestly I just want all the glitches to be fixed. Also there's some things I can't tell if they're glitches of features (for some reason), such as the new 'hug lovingly' action with Parenthood doesn't fulfil the 'hug' whim. Other than that it would be nice if sims were a bit smarter on free will, maybe of they'd autonomously discipline the kids too.

I would like my Sims to be able to walk side-by-side holding hands. I would love it, too, if a Sim could come up behind another Sim and wrap arms about them from behind. Such a loving gesture.

I would like arcade items, and swing sets. More romantic wedding features would be good.

No, I wont be able to buy that for a few months. I am excited to get it.

Rings and bracelets/watches to be able to be used on either hand. Small single earrings. A little inflatable pool for toddlers. Playing catch and tag. Lying in bed and watching TV, with a bowl of snacks. Freckles to be hereditary.

On the "feels small to me but probably isn't technically" list: Cuddling while sleeping. Jogging, walking, and hiking side by side.

I would like them to have a few minutes to get ready when invited out somewhere, not just instantly teleported from the lot when they were sitting on the toilet.

Please EA use the GT group thing and added classes to the school system please. I should be able to know who is in my high school class and who is in the elementary class. The classes could share the same space as clubs but can't be removed. I need to know the boygirl ratio of the school system, as of currently I can't find any teenagers of the right age group for my sims. Also 1/4 of them are family members kids. I want to be able to see Elementary class and High School class.

Livin in Sim

It was so cool that the clocks actually kept game time in TS3, very immersive. I also loved the bug where the doors would be open occasionally. There's just something about an open door...I never imagined I'd be sad that they fixed something.

@Sid1701D9, I think if you make a Club with a requirement of Teen, or Child Age Group, you will be able to see all the Teens or Children in the game when you choose the Members, but I could be mis-remembering.
