I need a boarding school made.

I have a sims story that has been put on hold lately, but I want to bring it back to life. In order to progress in the story, i am going to need a boy's boarding school. Here's what I'm looking for:
•Modern with lots of windows
•Six boy's rooms, one for a custodian, and one for a teacher, (eight personal rooms in all)
•All the amenities that rich sims would have. An indoor gym with a pool, basketball court, locker rooms, that sort of thing.
•I don't have cool kitchen, backyard stuff, party stuff, bowling stuff.
I can decorate, in fact I'll probably decorate their quarters to their character, so those don't need to be elaborate. I'll post the link to my story so far in case anyone wants to see it. Thanks for your consideration!

You may like to make a request for your bulld on the DNA Tean request thread. They make request builds for both Sims 3 and Sims 4. The link to their thread is
