Way to solve Stairs can't be placed inside a foundation

Unless you build the basement and stairs previous to the foundation. You will be noted the message "Stairs can't be placed inside a foundation" even demolishing the whole foundation.
Maybe this is late. I just found the way to place stairs inside an existing foundation.
1. Delete one more tile of foundation around the space where you want to place the stairs.
2. Input cheats "testingcheatsenabled true" with Ctrl+Shift+C. Build walls surrounding the space where you want to place the stairs and leave one side opened for the access of stairs.
3. Place the stairs at basement.
4. Demolish the wall.
5. Re-build foundation surrounding the stairs and add stairs from the top of foundation to ground level.
Completed. Disable cheats "testingcheatsenabled false" with Ctrl+Shift+C before continue building progress.
