It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds!
The design of 94 Everwood Green looks very nice! The glass windows create a very nice light filled home, and sims will have nice views of outdoors whilst inside. The planter box windows are a nice touch. Nice outdoors sitting nook for sim to sit and chat outdoors in the air. Very nice furnishing of the interiior! The design of the kitchen looks great! The bar stools counter and the island stove and workbench counter look great! It looks nice that that there is a shelving nook between the kitchen wall cabinets. The items are nice touches on the shelves. The cereal box and tins are great home touches on the counter, The brick wall textture gives a great look to the room areas! Very nice sink nook! The dish rack and soap look great there! The sunflowers picture is a sunny touch for sims to see when using the sink. Very nice sofa seat sitting nook in the living room. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv or reading books
It is a very nice home!

The exterior design of 112 Petite rd looks very nice! The stone texture of the exterior walls gives a great look to the home! Nice front porch sitting nook for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the outdoors air. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The tv nook in the living room looks so very creatively nice! It looks great that the bookcases are either sides of the tv and the shelves are above it. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv, or reading a book whilst listening to the radio music. The patterned floor rug adds a very nice look to the area. The windows dining table nook is nice. Sims will enjoy looking out at the views through the windows whilst dining. Very nice loft bedroom! The clothes rack is a nice home touch there,and wall of mirrors looks great. Nice study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk 'table using the computer. The kitchen nook is very nice! The wall texture adds a very nice feel to the area! The sunflowers wall picture is sunny for sims to see when cooking there.
It is a very nice home!

Yay! How great that you have set up your own showcase!

112 petite rd looks great! I love the modern style and open plan Especially how the bedroom on the second floor has the view to the downstairs floor. Love that! Love the mix of colors! I am so bad with that myself, so I always admire that in others

94 Everwood Green is another lovely modern home, and I agree that kitchen is pretty awesome!

421 Cosy Drive is very nice! The name of the home is welcoming and nice. The flower themed mail box is pretty. Very nice outdoors dining patio, for sims to enjoy eating meals at the table in the outdoors air. The flowers there are pretty for sims to see when sitting there.They will enjoy sitting chatting on the side patio seats, leading off from the bedroom . Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The coloured curtains and the circles floor prints in the tv watching nook look colourfully nice! The pears and city night scene pictures look great placed either sides of the front door. The bedhead wall in the bedroom looks very nice! The wall decor gives a great look to the room and the clothes and shoes racks are homely touches. It is great that there is a computer study desk nook in the room. The design of the kitchen looks great! The way you have done the bar stool counter looks very nice! The stone pillars look great! The fruit pictures are a nice touch either sides of the windows
Sims will enjoy living there

Your refurnishing of the apartment looks very nice! The red colour of the living room wall looks nice. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and armchairs there watching tv or reading a book. Very nice design of the kitchen! The counters look great how they are placed there! The brick wall texture gives a nice look to the area. The decor items on the shelves and wall look so very nice! The food picture is a nice touch on the wall, and the coloured wall pictures on the brick wall look colourfully nice. The plants add touches of nature and green to the area. Nice eat in table for sims to enjoy dining there. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! Jnr's room looks great! The posters on the walls, the clothes on the floor, the shoes and clothes racks, basket ball, book and school bag on the floor are great touches in the room! He would enjoy playing the guitar in his room and listening to radio music. Very nice purple/pink colour scheme of the master bedroom. The cherry blossom pictures look pretty and calming on the wall. Nice study desk nook for Sims to enjoy sitting there using the computer.
It is a very nice refurnished apartment build

Just made a retirement home! I stuck the build up on YouTube. If you just lock the doors to other sims and assign beds, it'll feel less like just a shared lot.

There's a tennis court just because I felt like trying to build one, but if you want to have some gameplay with it then maybe consider changing it to a basketball court. There's also a little pub/bar/dance area with outdoor seating. Hope you like it!

This is my first mansion and wow, it took me weeks to finished it but it was worthy

Von Glamour Estste is very grand! ! Very nice exterior design of the home and layout of the build! The water fountain and floral feature in the front courtyard looks very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Each of the rooms are very Mir.The colour scheme of the rooms and the wall paneling looks very nice! The bookcases look very nice how they are placed in the study.l It is a very detailed home!

It was great seeing the pictures of the remaining areas of the home It is a very detailed and very nice home! The two different sides of the basement look great! The design of the pool room looks so very nice! The water fountains are pretty! The greenery on the wall looks very nice and the sunflowers add nice sunny touches in the room. The patterned flooring rug and patterned seating in the entertainment rooom gives a very nice look to the room. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching movies on the large screen.
The home is so very nice!
