Downloading Saves

So I've noticed on Tumblr that there's one user in particular that will place a lot of custom buildings and create Sims and give them intricate lives, then upload their save so others can essentially get a new "world" of sorts. My question is this: Is there a tag or a site or something where more of these exist that I just don't know about? Because I love getting brand new homes and Sims to play with!!
