Adoption Lot

Is there a way to make this tag go away permanently? It moves from lot to lot, doesn't let me open that lot...and it always goes to lots that I play. I have Stop Pet Adoption set to True, but it doesn't fix this.



The thing that clears it is Move with Household, then putting it back, can that be avoided?

That's the Neighborhood Pet Adoption Center scenario, it's different from sims adopting pets on their own.

For those not averse to using mods, NRaas Overwatch has an options setting that stops the Centers from happening. NRaas StoryProgression shuts the whole thing down with no options.

I'm not afraid of mods but deathly afraid of Nraas SP. Tried it in the past... let's just say I wasn't ready.....

How do I do it it Overwatch?

Once OW is installed, on City Hall or an in-game computer,
NRaas > OW > Settings > Stop Pet Adoption > True
(affects only the Neighborhood Pet Adoption Centers, not any other kinds of pet adoption)

That's covered in the first post, I have that setting already, it doesn't get rid of the orange tag and I still can't get into any lot with that tag (which is always a lot I play often). I was hoping there was a setting I missed, guess not.

...so nothing? Nobody else has this problem but me?

Sorry for misunderstanding, but you didn't actually mention Overwatch in the first post. Not all players here are NRaas mod users.

Is your version of OW the most up to date? Current version is v122. You might consider a post at NRaas so our developer can see this. I've never noticed any complaints of that setting not functioning, although without SP to block the scenario entirely I could see where it might still allow the Center to appear before it "notices" and has a chance to shut it down.
