NB: You may use your own shots as you please but the example images must be kept in the forum and cannot be copied anywhere in social media please. I have been given permission to use only a percentage of their images and want to respect their conditions that came with that permission.

I'm quite excited about this competition, haven't seen one similar since InaMac and ArtsyAmy did "Style". So hope you enjoy this one.

This competition is all about class and sophistication. To dress classy is all about elegance, sophistication, grace and finesse. Show your inner style by dressing to impress. There will be no eliminations and a final three will result in a total number of accumulated points. Sims 3 and Sims 4 models are welcome.

Notes about jewellery:
* The classier the outfit, the less jewellery you need. Keep this in mind when you use jewellery with your outfits for this competition.
* Watches are also jewellery that can enhance any outfit if used to contrast the colours your model wears.

**Only use either CC clothes or clothes from in-game. Replication of the examples is not allowed they are only there for inspiration. If the judges after consultation believe that an entry has copied the example too closely, points can be taken off. Not outfits, as you put them together yourselves anyway, as you do with shoes, jewellery, but things such as poses, hairstyles, etc., need to be from your own ideas and searching. We want to see your own remarkable creations.**

There will be 10 rounds and each round will encompass a particular colours or combo of coloured outfits with specific accessories. When I use the word "OR" in a round that means you don't have to do both, it can be one or the other unless you want to use all.

Backgrounds are left to your own creativity to suit each round .

The judging will include the following:

• Wearing the given colour(s) outlined in the brief /10
• Accessories that enhance and contrast your outfits or any specified in the brief /10
• Most classy and sophisticated appeal /10
• Relevant background (this can be in-game or google) /10
• Editing and proportion /10

Giving a total of 50 possible points for each round.

**Bonus points up to +2 for one person per round, will be added if your scores have extra things in them that are not required in the brief, such as accessories or props unless stated otherwise, as long as they enhance the overall entries. This will be decided with the majority vote by the judges.**

**As an incentive for anyone that gets their entry in by the earlier date on the round brief or even earlier than that, they will be awarded a bonus of .5

APPLICATION: Please provide 2 shots of your Sim. One head/shoulder shot and one full body. Dress them in neat, casual clothes please. No torn jeans etc. thank you. The acceptance of applications will be based on this. White, transparent or CAS background are fine. If your entry has a lot of white in it however please add onto a coloured background, thanks.

*Please support each other and enjoy the competition
*No photoskinning or face plastering
*Drawn hair is acceptable
*Only CC clothing or maxis-made
*If specific accessories can't be found in-game or with CC then google accessories can be added.
*In-game, drawn or google backgrounds are allowed
*Extensions for 48 hours maximum and if you ask at least 24 hours in advance, before the due date, as I realise RL can get in the way at times.
*Each Round will last 5-7 days depending on how quick the round entries are submitted so on each round brief, the due date will have a leeway of two dates available.
*You may adjust and re-edit up until midnight on the due dates, unless stated otherwise.
*Please check in after judging.

NB: If at any time you need the rounds earlier for one reason or another please let me know and I'll PM them to you so you can get your entry in. Just send it to me via PM and I will put it up for you around the same time as the other contestants.

All these eager models. Each will go home richer with the experience of living a model's busy life and career for a time. A few will also go home with a contract and some money in their pocket to jump start their modelling career. I'm excited and I hope they are too.

NB: A .5 bonus will be given to any entries that are in by the first date shown on the round brief or earlier . Could give you a greater chance to get ahead.

Up to 2 extra bonus points will also be added to one of your entries that have added extras, such as more accessories than asked for, or props, but only if it enhances the overall shots. The entry we deem most deserving for those 2 bonus points will be decided by the judges. It is more about your models but some extras can add character and style to your shots, and that shouldn't be ignored.

Just a reminder:

**Round 1 - Women in Black**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 1:
1. Black outfit either formal or neat, casual.
2. Black hat, Silver, black or gold bag. (At least a bag or a hat)
3. Silver or gold jewellery.
4. A full body shot.
5. A head shot would be good also so the judges and I can check out the makeup. For this round it will be optional (because I forgot to put it in the brief

) but for subsequent rounds it will be a requirement.
6. A background that suits the style of outfit you have chosen for your model.

**Round 2 - Red, White and Blue**

(When you see the "OR" word, it means you can pick between the options, you can use more if you choose. You can have more but below is what should be included)[/center]

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 2:
1. A classy and stylish outfit with any
combination of the colours Red, White and Navy Blue, but any blue will suffice.
2. Coat or Jacket (choose one or the other)
3. Hat or Scarf (choose one or the other)
4. A full body shot.
5. A head shot to see your model's makeup
6. A suitable background

**Just for your information in case you weren't sure on the colour, "navy" blue is a dark blue (see the example image and the sample colour swatch)**

**Round 3 - Beige, and Brown Business Look**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 3
1. A Chic-business outfit in a colour combo of browns, beiges, and cream or ivory.
2. A handbag or business briefcase or bag
3. Gold jewellery
4. A background that suits a classy business style woman
5. A full body shot
6. A head shot to see the model's makeup

**Round 4 - Delectable Denim**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 4:
1. A Casual, classy look using denim and your choice of top or bottom depending which you use for the denim or it can be all denim. A dress is also allowed in this round as long as it's denim of course. (No ripped jeans/denim please!)
2. A suitable bag OR hat to show off the look
3. A Belt
4. Natural Makeup
5. A suitable casual but classy background
6. A full body shot
7. A head shot to see the model's natural makeup

**Round 5 - Monochromatic Magic**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 5:

NB: Any colour except black this round people. I am also requesting to see you all choosing different colours from eachother for this round. So if you love a particular colour, you should get in first.

1. A classy look using all one colour!
2. A suitable bag or hat (you can use both if you choose)
3. Pantyhose/nylons or leggings (also the same colour) see examples.
4. Suitable makeup
5. The background can be plain or textured but must be a colour that compliments your monochromatic hue.
6. A full body shot
7. A head shot to see the model's makeup

(Again, when you see the "OR" word, it means you can pick between the options. You can use more but above is what needs to be included)

**Round 6- Coral Florals**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 6:

1. A classy floral outfit that is in the coral and apricot colours. (creams and ivories can be amongst these colours). You may like to go with a plain one of these colours but the outfit, with a top, bottom or accessories such as scarves must include the coral and/or apricot florals and be a major part of the outfit. Have fun!
2. Gold jewellry is all that is asked for in this round (other accessories are optional)
3. Suitable makeup
4. Your choice of background that suits your style of outfit
5. A full body shot
6. A head shot to see the model's makeup

Here are a couple of swatches that may help you distinguish between pinks and coral or apricots. Quite a few people get confused between these colours.

**Round 7- Black and White**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 7:

1. Classy black and White, casual or formal outfit
2. Suitable bag and sunnies for casual wear. Silver jewellery, a bag for evening wear. The bags can be of any colour that sets off the black and white. (Other accessories are optional)
3. Suitable makeup
4. Your choice of background that suits your style of outfit
5. A full body shot
6. A head shot to see the model's makeup

**Round 8 - Yellow/gold with Blue**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 8:

1. Classy yellow/gold with blue, casual outfit
2. Suitable bag and gold jewellery. (Other accessories are optional)
3. Suitable makeup
4. A bright, happy background that compliments (sets off these colours nicely) and that suits your style of outfit.
5. A full body shot
6. A head shot to see the model's makeup

**Round 9 - Black, red and white**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 9:

1. Classy black, red and white, casual or formal outfit
2. Suitable bag and jewellery of your choice. (Other accessories are optional.)
**Ensure you read the brief about accessory colour contrasting.**
3. Suitable makeup
4. A suitable background that suits your style of outfit
5. A full body shot
6. A head shot to see the model's makeup

**Round 10 - Your choice**

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROUND 10:

1. Classy and sophisticated outfit and accessories.
2. Your choice of colour. **Purple is not allowed - this colour is for the finale.**

**GRAND FINAL (see brief below for requirements)**
Make sure the outfits are sophisticated and classy and your backgrounds show up your models. The outfit does not have to be monochromatic (all purple), as long as the majority of it is.

The slate is cleared and any of you three could win this. Good luck.

The scores in Round 2 were even closer than Round 1 and the .5 early submission bonus split the difference really. Such fantastic entries everyone. Keep this up and you all are going to make the judges' job really tricky. (Go for it!! LOL) Keep it going everyone.

Comments by judges are optional, so some weeks different judges will choose to comment or not and that is their prerogative. They have time constraints and commitments like we all do, but one at least will comment every week. The judges are there to encourage and give tips for improvement when they can.
Being individuals ourselves, we all see different things in your entries and that diversity to me is very beneficial to all of you. The judges' comments are independent of each other and we only see each other’s when they are put up for me to organise. If you have any queries, problems or issues please PM me.

What you mean 7 days? 7 days isn't that long to wait. I may change it depending on how quick every one is getting their submissions in. If I'm finding they are getting them up quickly then I'll reduce the time to perhaps 5 days between rounds. Some people though, need that bit extra time. We can review it along the way if you're still keen to join, @xJojox .
