It can be the site's server. Wait a moment, and if it doesn't change, try again tomorrow.
I don't know what this means but I turned off wifi and plugged the laptop directly in the router and the site came up immediately????
Router cache probably had stuck on a point where MTS couldn't be loading.

Try shutting down your computer completely. Then start the computer again, and see if you can access the site correctly.
If the issues remain, try clearing your browser cache

this has been going for a couple weeks, I am not having a problem with other sites

is that something that I should clear every now and then and if so could you direct me to a good site so that I may learn
If you have the issue occur again, turn off your router then turn it on again and see if that helps the issue.
