The exterior design of House of Peace is very nice! :)The steeple roofing looks great! ! The windows look very nice how they are placed in the build. The flowers look very pretty either sides of the fromt steps. It looks great that there are steps both at the fromt and side areas of the build. Very nice furnishing of the interior! It looks very nice how the chairs have been set up in the corner nooks.
It is a very nice build.
Here is my new tiny home. I adore this bathroom and spent most of the money on it but managed to furnish the rest of the house too, lol. I used half walls to make the tub and counter look so modern. No CC and Moo was used very lightly, to put the soap on the side of the tub. I went a tad bit over the 20K so I could add a pool, if removed it would come in at under 20K. Hope to get some downloads!!
Fairy House is very nice! @hmae123 The slanted roofing looks great! It is nice that there is a pool for sims to enjoy swimming in. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The bathroom looks very nice ! It was a great idea to place the half walls on the sides of the bath tub and sink counter! The wall tiling of the half walls complements well with the rest of the bathroom. The butterflies pictures look pretty on the wall. The shoes rack is a homely touch in the build. Very corner dining table nook.Sims will enjoy dining there. The,type of dining seats used looks nice, and purple circular floor rug is a nice touch under the table.

@hmae123 : I Love the matching sink and tub surrounds. What an imaginative way to use the half walls! I love seeing how others use the available tools; it does inspire me! How did you manage the tiles on the lower wall only. I seem to only see full walls with those tiles?

The Swimming Pavilion looks so very nice! Very nice design of the build! The arches look great in the build! The black and chequered flooring gives a very nice look and feel to the venue! The statues and flowers on the rooftop and on the columns towers on the front left and right hand sides of the build looks very nice! The design of the stairs at the back of the building look great! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. It is nice that there is a coffee and snacks section. Very nice white seat bench sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting , eating, drinking. and resting there. It looks great the way that there are rows of seating on the edges of the area! The clock there looks great!
It is a very nicely designed swimming pavilion!
@rosemow : you are very kind and generous in your comments! Thank you. I try hard to replicate real life buildings but in the end they become reminiscent of, because, as you know, we are bound by the Sims formats. I hope others will get on this thread with other exciting projects. We learn from each other!

How did you do that to the sink and bathtub? It looks great!
Thank you! I used the half walls around the tub and counter. The bathtub functions for any sim to take a bath but I did find out you can't give a toddler a bath.

Thank you! It's one of the cheaper tile options in wall paints, it puts tiles on the lower half of the wall and paint on the upper. I actually like it better then some of the more expensive wall tiles. I wish it had more colors though.
@AmyDames Fantastic build. Where did you get that arch, it looks "triumphal" but without the greenery. I see it's from Vampires, which I have but I don't think I saw that piece before. What's it called?
