I would really like more rugged, worn jeans that are not tight or short at the ankles. I would love some more rugged clothes for male Sims. Plain T-Shirts that are not in bright colors, and some with athletic or rock band logos. More shorts that are cut just above the knee and have a straight hem, not rolled or fringed. Necklaces that are longer and reach to middle of the chest. Gold and Silver bracelets and watches. More track pants and very dark black shoes.
I am glad to see this thread really take off..maybe it will make a few waves. I agree with almost everything posted. I tend to dress my Male Sims in the same clothes over and over bc there are very few I really like. And half the clothes are on Pre-made townies so I tend to stay away from those. I just cant use that shirt that Malcolm Landgrab wears. We have a lot of crop pants for guys already and I think some of them are kind of cute and I have to say the clothes are getting better for the males lately but we need much more. The ladies could use a refresh to. I am really over seeing old ladies and Moms wearing tight half shirts with there belly hanging out.
Most of the extreme fashions are not things any guy I know of in real life, of any orientation or income bracket, would be caught dead in. Trouser shorts under a suit jacket are what people put toddlers in at summer weddings. It would be nice if there were more ordinary everyday options first before focusing on extreme stuff. Menswear should not be largely ignored, until it's rolled in frosting and feathers, dipped in brandy and set on fire.
