I'd quite like to see some messier and punky hairstyles and more long hair styles for male Sims. A lot of the long styles in my game feel a bit too salon styled for the male Sims I'd like to put long hair on.
Would also like a male version of the hooded robe with the cresent moon button, available for females in Realm of Magic.
Just adding to this as well, a masculine version of the fairy costume from Spooky Stuff too!

I also frequently end up using female trousers for males because I prefer the colours and patterns they use.

@LeGardePourpre those neon hairstyles on the previous page look amazing!

And this is why guys call the sims 4 a "girly game" bc 99% of the cc is for women. We guys get the blue jean, shorts, tank top, sweater, 2pc suit, a few pairs of shoes and then it's "off to the races" to make female content. I'm a Afro-American simmer and you can probably guess how hard it was for me to find culturally specific clothing for me and 99% of that was for the black woman (eyelashes, nails, hair, earrings, necklaces, tops, bottoms, dresses, SHOES and more SHOES). So I fell for the "Banana in the tailpipe" and started downing sports cc. I mean the stereotypical black male wears Nike, Fila, Adidas, Champion and so forth. So I dressed my guy in that for a while. Yeah! We guys need some more and better cc just like the women have or "TSanything" will continue to be shunned by guys.

The guy in the pink reminded me of when I was a young girl wearing all pink. He looks like a pretty boy Floyd.

I also vote for androgyny, but also more beard variations. (I specifically really need a short, chin-only goatee and I can't even find CC for it...but having a bunch more options would be great

replace the ripped 'trendy' jeans with carhartt canvas work pants or flannel-lined heavy denim (absolutely no rips or tears, nobody wants to destroy good coldweather gear to be cutesy) and that's just how we dress here because it's heckin cold and flannel, layers, and boots, are practical necessities.

    Liked those pics though.

I like the trendy ripped jeans, though. We could have both the clothes suggested here AND the trendy ripped jeans.

I'm personally more frustrated by the lack of decent black male hair CC. I've dreadlocks in real life that go down to my shoulders and I prefer them neat. But most of the dreadlocks I find are way too messy-looking, too short, or both. If I had the patience and time, I'd just make my own. And then ones that do have black swatches aren't dark enough.

Honestly, if I knew how to recolor Maxis Match hair where I could edit the black swatch to be really dark, that would be enough for me.

Which is exactly why I go to black modders to get all my black male cc.

Like who? Because so far, all of the black modders I've found do the same thing, they either have messy hair or make hair primarily for women. For the longest time, my favorite dreads ever on my male Sim were these:

    SC4-163832_MAIN.jpg?w=541&ssl=1

These, for a time, were perfect. Sure, they're visually of a lower quality, but when it was dark, it was harder to notice and the overall shape is excellent. No weird messiness or unnecessary highlights. Then I got to trying out Reshade and while it's boosted the overall look of my game, it has hit dark colored Maxis Match hairs somewhat hard.

So the black swatch at the time started looking more blue. The updated swatches are not dark enough either. I currently use one other hairstyle on my main Sim which definitely works, but that was the only other replacement I could find. It's the Ebonix Nouk High Pony Dreads. Those are nice, but are the only dreads she has that I like on men. The rest are either messy or have some accessory attached to them that I don't like or are meant for women. Which are nice, but my male Sims need love too.

It's to the point that I'm considering, in the future, to contact a Simmer who is really good with hairs and offering to pay them directly just to make the hairs I want. XD First thought is Simplicity. Her hairs, although primarily for women, are amazing, especially her more ethnic ones, and I wonder if she could do dreads.
