    New patch does not appear to address vampire issues.

    I don't see anything in the new patch that addresses any of the bugs effecting vampires that we have noticed. Have I missed something?

      Nope. It was a basegame-issue-focused patch. They seem to focus the bug-fixes in any given patch on basegame *or* EPs *or* GPs *or* SPs. It might come down to developer availability or something of that sort. (QA does not do all the work on its own, anywhere that I know of - QA works with dev.)
