Where can I find the produce stall in buy mode?

I can find every food stall except the produce stall that sells veggies. Does anyone know where to find it?

You need to enter into the cheat bar
bb.showhiddenobjects
then search using the " debug" word
for the produce stalls to appear.
This link lists the stalls that require the debug cheat
